Got there and their was a lady cleaning the tables but yet the doors was locked. Nothing posted about the lobby bring closed. I called and got nothing knowing someone was in there. So when we went to the drive thru someone immediately answered where I was informed that the lobby was closed because of under staffing. All I want was a warm burger and a places for my child to play out of the rain and burn some energy out. So we went to McDonald’s instead.

I love Arctic circle! This is so clean. Even the bathrooms were sparkling! Very good. Kind, fast and considerate service! The playground is good for all ages. My 2-year-old can use the whole thing and yet still fun for like a 6-year-old. Also, who can beat a courtesy cone?

My wife and I went to get ice cream which should only take 30 seconds to make. However, the staff here were very behind on orders. After we stood there for a few minutes one of the staff asked us what we were waiting on. We then told them that we would like a refund because we were not impressed with their customer service. They got the manager and they refunded us. However, as I was reviewing expenses today, I noticed that I was charged twice for the ice cream and only refunded once. I am not impressed with the quality of service form this Artic Circle location.

Ordered the fish and chips which was good but it took 20 minutes to get I understand that it takes time to cook but they need to accept call in orders or tell me it will take a while to cook and act like they have no idea what is going on
I hate using any app for ordering food because most times id like special requests and most are complicated to use so I won’t order that way. I like to talk to a live person not some stupid answering machine

I was visiting in Idaho Falls and saw that they had an Artic Circle restaurant which I loved as a child but hadn’t been anywhere that had an Artic Circle in over 25 years and to my surprise the food was even better than I remember! If you have one in your area GO, you won’t be disappointed!

This is a terrible Arctic Circle. The staff isn’t very friendly, they screw up my order about 80% of the time, when they do screwup they don’t apologize or take accountability. I felt like it was my fault they got my order wrong. The last time I went in, they screwed up my order & the order off someone else in front of me. When I went up to ask for what I was missing, it took so long to get help that my food was cold by the time I got back to my table. Took about 4 minutes just to ask for it. Not coming back here anytime soon. I don’t know how they have such a high rating, it sucks here. I definitely understand why it’s never busy the few times I’ve come.

All of the tables were clean. The staff was friendly, kind, attentive, and patient with my youngest child. The girl working even brought the food to our table. My kid enjoyed playing on the toy.

I’ve grown up with Arctic Circle as one of only a few fast food venues in my small home town, as a kid. I used to consider it an affordable and satisfying fast food option. As an adult and new mom, I recently visited a play place Arctic Circle location with my toddler as a special treat and was disappointed. It seems as though the prices have increased unreasonably while the quality and portions of the menu options have decreased. I recall the regret in ordering a 2 piece chicken strip meal when I had much tastier (and cheaper)chicken strips in a bag in my freezer at home. I did really enjoy their fries, however didn’t get a fair serving of them. I also had a SMALL milkshake, which was as always, delicious but tragically overpriced. My daughter still had fun in the play place but I likely won’t be back for the food.
