I had an experience I am extremely unhappy about today. Not only do some of the employees seem to have an attitude problem, there’s always an issue with my order every time I come to this location. I specifically asked for a handful of fry sauce and was given one. The fries were clearly old and had been sitting out for awhile. It literally looked like our sandwiches had been punched. I also ordered and paid for an 8 piece chicken ring, but received a 6 piece. We didn’t even eat our food because it didn’t look or taste fresh after trying it. I called the location and was pretty much told that they weren’t going to do anything about it. I would like a refund, or some sort of compensation as I’m extremely unhappy that I’m having yet another bad experience with this specific location.

Hire competent people or more people to staff your restaurant. Or hire a supervisor because the workers needed help performing their job duties. And they weren’t that busy.

They said the chocolate soft serve machine was broken… Only option vanilla. Went inside to order and it took 15 minutes to get 1 of 2 soft serve cones & there were NO other customers in the dinning room. They finally made 1 cone and I waited another 5 minutes for the second dipped cone, by then the first cone was melted. The dipped cone was thinly made, but by then I just took my melted ice cream & thinly dipped cone & left. I paid $5 for that mess & I will NOT be back!!!

ordered 2 5 pc shrimp, 1 hamburger plain and a small order of fries with 4 extra fry sauces. Had to be in Boise quicklyso never ck order and they charge us for fries and fry sauce but we never received the fries or fry sause. were in there about 3 wks ago and ordered 5 pc halibut, 2 orders and they totally forgot 1 order completely. complained both time but said can’t do anything about it so we’re going to be going to buhl from now on.

. This company demonstrates a lack of professionalism for several reasons. Firstly, the manager fails to separate her personal life from her work, resulting in her taking out her personal issues on the staff. This behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the company. Additionally, when attempting to address these issues with the supposed General Manager, Daniel, a verbal altercation ensued, revealing his admitted anger issues. Furthermore, it appears that there is a consistent absence of a manager on-site when needed, leaving underage employees to run and close the store. This lack of supervision is concerning. Moreover, the company has employed an individual who has made inappropriate comments to underage girls, creating an uncomfortable and potentially unsafe environment. When seeking the owner’s information to report these incidents, the staff is only aware of a first name, and attempts to have the owner contact them have been unsuccessful. The absence of accountability within this organization is evident.
