Food is at the par, so there are no complaints there. However, the service has been hit and miss. On some days, we’ve had smaller orders, and they’ve messed it all up. On my last visit, we had 11 orders, and they got them all pretty much 100%. Sometimes the staff is 5 stars and sometimes they’re really struggling. As for the atmosphere, it’s probably about the most bland chain restaurant I’ve ever been in. Usually Arctic Circle is average in decor, but this one was exceptionally bland. Now, the place was clean, and that was well appreciated. They’re usually clean in there. They provided a few accessible supplies (not exactly an impressive array of condiments and things to choose from), help was available when necessary. The bathrooms were clean as well. I have not yet tried the drive-thru. The last time I got a dipped cone, it was rather stunted. However, this time, it was acceptable.

This is our go to for fast food.Great burgers and good fries. Some of the best cheese curds as well. They still have fry sauce, which is a must. Easily the best diet Dr. Pepper from the fountain anywhere around. I go there for that reason alone.

This was the first time I visited this place always got great reviews from my new neighbors. I was disappointed from the beginning, the customer service was non existent…..complaining about their job….just standing around…..inappropriate discussion about one’s love life. We placed your order to go, and waited in the lobby. The drive thru gal took an order out to a waiting car several minutes went by and the gentleman brought it back in stating wrong order and then they proceeded to go thru the bag looking for the receipt, After the gentleman left the counter person took the bag held it for a a second or 2 then brought it out to me…..it was my order that was is delivered! I was disgusted and told the person I would mot accept the order I wanted a newly prepared order. I watched him go back to the grill…they attempted to repackage the order…I loudly stated I wanted a fresh order. I did receive the order. I have to say I was disappointed in the food stale buns,etc. It is safe to say We will never return and let your neighbors know what happened, I might suggest proper training. Cathy Butcher

I only ever come here for the occasional milkshake. They do a decent job at that. Whenever I come in the evenings the drive thru line is packed full of people getting shakes. Despite the crowds, they seem to move people through pretty quickly and I don’t recall ever having to wait horribly long, even with a lots of cars in the drive thru. Maybe not the best shake in town, but it’s quick and reasonable.
