I can’t believe I’ve never been here! Tucked away, great ambiance, and great drinks! I had the elder fashioned and I never know gin makes great cocktails! The staff were very friendly and always checking on us. Fayetteville is getting nicer and nicer! No rating for food, because they don’t serve any.

Quite possibly the classiest quiet night spot in the city, inconspicuous in an almost-bizarre hidden location but absolutely worth a stop-in. Archive would be right at home in DC or downtown Raleigh or Richmond, but the service and vibe are entirely welcoming; no hint of “we are too cool to be in Fayetteville” (even if it clearly is!). Masterful cocktails with top-shelf spirits and mixings and an atmosphere / furnishings reminiscent of a very naughty upper-class party. I’m glad the word hasn’t yet spread too far — Archive is an absolute gem and unbeatable setting whether drinking solo or as a couple/double. Only gripe: No food other than simple packaged snacks… a shame because Archive’s outstanding drinks cry out for paired small bites or a gourmet cheese / charcuterie board.

A gem of a bar located in a modest building. The guy who created winterbloom in downtown has struck gold again. The only way to improve this town is to start small with places quality people want to go; this is one of them. Super quaint and intimate spot with nouveau speakeasy decor. Drinks are well balanced and unique on their bespoke menu. The more well-known drinks like a G&T was made perfectly. Unfortunately, not a place for large groups but PERFECT for a date night.

Great place! Loved the speakeasy vibe and the drinks were really impressive. We tried the Black Manhattan and Japanese Slipper and both were amazing drinks. Highly recommend when in Fayetteville with family or friends.

Great service and cocktails for a smaller space.
We enjoyed all of the cocktails, including the Mary Pickford, Old Fashioned, Pimms Cup, and Queen Bee.
We got a chance to sit inside for our second round and enjoy the music playlist.

If you want an upscale, classy night, come here!
All the reviews I read hold true. The bartenders are not only friendly but incredible at what they do! Everyone is nice, the drinks are amazing, the decor and ambiance is fantastic. This place is the closest vibes to Raleigh I have ever experienced in Fayetteville!

When people find this place, it’s going to be tough to get a seat in here! We had a great time here, the drinks were delicious and the decor is really cool. We started our date night at Circa 1800, and having heard of this place only 5 minutes away, came for a nightcap. We’re glad we did, the staff inside is very friendly, the drinks were delicious. We tried the Espresso Martini and the Japanese Slipper. Highly recommend.

This place has been a wonderful addition to Fayetteville. It’s tucked away in the former Fowler’s BBQ restaurant and completely meets the speakeasy vibe it is going for.

When you walk in, you are transported to another time. With velvet couches and gorgeous art, the decor sets the stage for the evening. They have classic cocktails and their own inventions on the menu and cover the spectrum across liquor types. If you like Manhattans, try their Black Manhattan. It consistently hits the spot for me.

They also have a very nice tequila selection and their Don Julio 1942 is very reasonably priced.
