The Ultimate Stack
If you’re out on the NWA trails in Bentonville and looking for a pitstop, you Naud (know) this is the place. Archie’s Sandwichery is officially serving up the best sandwiches in the area, hands down.
The Vibe: A huge, heated, plus open air when there is good weather and pup-friendly patio that’s perfect for a post-ride refueling. They have a killer selection of local and imported brews, canned cocktails plus a great wine list.
The Sandwiches:Their motto is “It’s all in the stack”, and they aren’t kidding. I took one bite and got every single ingredient at once. Pure perfection.
My Pick: The CRISPY BOI
This thing is a masterpiece: Turkey, pesto, Havarti, cucumber, “shredduce,” tomato, onion, mayo, and—the best part **RUFFLES** chips for that extra crunch.
Pro-Tip: I personally skip the mustard and would recommend asking for light onions so the other fresh flavors can really shine!
Mr. Naud’s Pick: The GABAGOOL
A heated stack of Sopressata, Salami, Capicola, Ham, Calabrian relish, Provolone, and the works. It’s bold, spicy, and satisfying.
The Bread: Every loaf is local and homemade, which makes all the difference.
Seriously, are you even eating a sandwich if it’s not from Archie’s? Check them out next time you’re near the trails or North Bentonville ! ✨

I stopped in and picked up dinner tonight – a Gabagool sammie & potato salad. The sandwich was massive, super tasty, and a little spicy. The bread though? It looked… burned… and the crust was hard, like couldn’t even squeeze it. The inside of the bread was softer though, so maybe it was just the outside being overdone. The potato salad was delish.
Spent just under $30 (including tip) for the 11″ sandwich and side. The young lady that took my order was super helpful and friendly.
Parking can be an issue, but I got lucky tonight. Will go back – hoping the bread issue was an anomaly.

First off I called an order in and was placed on hold. I was left on the phone for 17 minutes before I hung up and placed an online order instead. Picked up the food. I ordered the gabagool and it should have been a good sandwich but it was completely covered in Calabrian chili peppers. I’m a huge fan of spice and have a decent tolerance to it, but the chilis completely overpowered the entire sandwich with too much heat and chili pepper flavor.
If I would make a recommendation to control portion sizes of chili pepper, is to blend the Calabrian chilis into a mayonnaise to control the heat level to keep things consistent. I imagine my sandwich received far more chili peppers than what is intended. That being said I felt pretty cheated on buying an $18 sandwich that I couldn’t finish due to the overpowering spice. I tried scraping the peppers off but all of that oil soaked into the bead.

We popped in here for lunch and a new sandwich experience and boy we got it! The ‘Some Like It Hot’ left us with sweaty faces and wanting to orde another one. I highly suggest you eat this sandwich in store, its a bit wet and messy but in all the right ways. The vibes are friendly and welcoming. The beer was cold, served in swanky glasses and the price didnt break the bank. Glad they are close. Will be back!

These are some serious sandwiches! Such a great atmosphere with a helpful staff that helped me make the perfect decision for my first visit. I read where some people thought the bread was a lot, but that’s because there’s a lot of meat cheese and other things to go along with it. I did the 6 inch and it was a LOT of sandwich. This is the best sandwich I have had in a long time. Visiting from Dallas and I’m gonna have to have it again before I leave and first thing when I return next trip.

Menu: great selection, we did the big tuna & the gabagool
– picture shows the 1/2 size and it’s plenty of food
– great selection of beers and wines
– I wish the pepperchini was spicier, but was still good
Decor: it’s a vibe, cute counter seating. They had music and the playlist was great
Staff: friendly and fast

I would of started with a picture however I could not wait to dig into this Sandwhich!!! I got the When in Doubt sandwich and my Fiancée got the Big Baller. I absolutely inhaled it. From the first bite I never put the sandwich down until it was finished. It was so perfectly balanced and the pesto sauce just set this sandwich a step above in my opinion. My Fiancée similarly loved her Big Baller which a meatball style sub. We normally will like to stop and converse a bit but not this time. We were both hyper fixated on our sandwiches. Please go check this place out. Its such a cool spot. The staff were super friendly and vibe and atmosphere are just so inviting. On top of that they have a great selection of beverage from Sodas, beer to wines and a ton of other options as well. I cannot wait to come back.

Absolutely loved this place!
The sandwich was incredible—super flavorful, generous portions, and great value for the quality. The space has a really fun, laid-back vibe with a cool design that makes it stand out. You can tell there’s a lot of personality behind it—little quirky touches and interesting details all around.
Staff were super friendly and welcoming too. Definitely one of those spots you end up telling your friends about. Will 100% be coming back!

Starting with the good, portions are big, drink selection was better than expected. There is something for everyone! Wine lovers, beer drinkers, cider, sake and mixed drinks. On the not so great, outside seating so consider the weather. The portions are a good size and fresh ingredients, BUT the bread was disappointing. Big dry slices and odd chewy texture, to me a sandwich needs great bread, either fluffy or a great crunchy crust and the bread here is neither. The flavor combos are interesting but the bread ruined it for me
