Lmao there was some competitive pool playing girl in a long blue sparkle dress that killed the vibe though she was very closely watching me and my partner play pool through the window outside and accused me of cheating and tried to start a fight. I love this place but there is a witch on Sunday nights who is very rude. Any other night and it’s a vibe. Good drinks and prices. Excellent service (except on Sunday nights) and it’s dog friendly!

I only been there 4xs. But I like it. Its a light POOL Player atmosphere. LIGHTS ON!! Drinks fair. Neighborhood quiet. There’s no parking but it’s one block walking distance from the other COOL bars like near Western. Men to Women 3 to 1. VERY LGBTQ FREINDLY. Hipsters type vibe. Excellent Bartenders. Open TAB or Bring Cash. Good Music. A FEW music artist hang around. And…its ALSO DOG FREINDLY. There’s two Old Dogs chilling there often. For me…IMO. Its a good meeting place. I came across Archies a few years back while out walking my dog.
Stopped out front to tie my shoe, my dog decided she’d walk in without me which is how I found out the bars dog friendly.
The staff is great, prices aren’t bad. Its your typical small neighborhood bar which i why I love it.

Honestly, I love it here. I had an issue with some dude being weird and the whole bar took care of me. I feel safe here as a femme presenting person and this place is getting all of my money. It’s definitely a regulars bar, but Jeff is cool! And so is Viv! They made me feel very safe and welcome! I’m super thrilled with the Archie’s crew!

Great neighborhood dive bar, super relaxed friendly atmosphere. Free cheesy poofs, pool table, and dogs allowed. They have cool shirts for sale styled after the Hamm’s beer logo. Good selection of package good to take home at the end of the night.
