the creamy tom yum was really good. the broth is creamy and flavorful but not very spicy. on a 1–5 scale it’s about a 2 so it’s great if you want tom yum flavor without too much heat. i wouldn’t recommend getting it with beef though… the beef didn’t taste very fresh. probably better with chicken or pork.

the volcano beef had amazing flavor and a nice kick of spice but again the beef tasted a bit fishy which was disappointing because the sauce itself was really good. the thai noodle soup was simple but really warm and comforting. nothing fancy just a cozy bowl of soup.

the green curry was the standout. pretty spicy around a 4 out of 5 but the spice was really good and flavorful. honestly one of the better green curries i’ve had, especially with white rice. the calamari appetizer was also tasty with a nice sauce but the portion is pretty small… best shared between 1-2 people.

Vibe: The place has a good vibe and feels spacious and comfortable.

Service: Service was quick—our food came out within 10–15 minutes.

Wait Time: We went for Friday lunch and didn’t have to wait at all.

Food Quality: The food was good overall. We ordered Iced Tea, Chicken Satay as an appetizer, Drunken Noodles, and Jungle Curry with Tofu. The curry was flavorful with a nice level of spice, which I really enjoyed. The noodles were tasty as well.

Bang for Buck: Prices felt appropriate for the quality and portions.

Location: Easy to find and conveniently located.

A real gem. I love this place. Dining at Arches Thai is an elevated experience at a value price. The ambience and service are 100. The food is delicious and the presentation was amazing. In a town full of restaurants I may never eat anywhere else.

Everyone we met in Moab mentioned how great the food was here and they were speaking facts! We were staying across the street at the Hilton, so it could not have been in a more convenient location. They must love Halloween because it’s well decorated. Loved it, it’s festive. We ordered Thai basil with tofu, Tom Yum veggie soup, fried gyoza and Tom Kha noodle soup. While it was all good, the Thai basil with tofu was OUTSTANDING. I could have eaten it the next day, easily. The gyoza was excellent as well. I’ve eaten a lot of gyoza, and the filling in these dumplings was flavorful and moist, I could eat them without dipping sauce. The service was kind, prompt. They were very busy with in person business and a steady string of go orders. Environment was clean, open, festive. The wine was just so/so that’s the only reason I did not give it 5 stars. Would eat there again
anytime and highly recommended.

We went on a very busy day so the service was understandably slow. The Christmas decor at restaurant was done well. Food was a bit pricey for the quantity given but the quality was good. We loved the vegetarian Pad Thai and vegan pineapple fried rice and spring rolls etc. seating and all other stuff about the restaurant was decent.

Really good food and service! The shrip was a tad bland. Definitely more pricy but you get a lot of food! The place was very uniquely decorated.

Had a long, tiring but fun day in the national parks. It’s so nice to find an Asian restaurant after such a day During the Christmas season
Arches was beautifully decorated.
The portion of the food was quite big.coming along with a bit pricy compared with the same dish in other Thai restaurants I’ve been to.
The taste of food was decent.
In general it was a pleasant experience dining here.

We are visiting in Moab on a public holiday. They were busy but as we walked in the place smelled heavenly. We were admiring their Christmas decorations as we waited for our table. Service is slow but they even have a sign to warn about that lol. The food arrived and it was sooooooooo delicious.

We came in at 5:30 before the rush so service was great. We’re from the DC area and are picky when it comes to Thai food. We had the fried gyoza, jungle curry chicken and delicate chicken with 3 flavor sauce. The sauce was orange/soy/fish combo, sweet and 2.5 out of 5 spicy and very good! The jungle curry was more like a Tom kha soup and not sweet or creamy and about a 3.5 out of 5 spicy. We thought the flavors were so nuanced and delicious. Nice way to end a tired travel day.

Our meal and experience was transformative and beyond my English skill. Delectable, beautiful, fresh, aromatic and scrumptious. We felt transported to Thailand from the moment we arrived until we left. The staff was so hospitable and lovely which just enhanced the experience. Highly recommend every time you’re in Moab.
