Ribs, pulled pork, brisket and all sides were great. Better than anything at the BBQ festival in Sevierville. Sauces were all good and a good selection also. The banana pudding was good too. I recommend this place for a good BBQ experience. I will probably try the pizza place here soon also. The sides I tried were slaw, potato salad, collard greens, baked beans, and the smokehouse Mac and cheese. The current menu did not list brisket but they did have it and it was excellent.

I stopped in for a quick meal. I ordered the pulled pork plate with bean and coleslaw. Added a 1/3 of a rack of ribs. The food was very good. The selection of barbque sauce was fantastic. The service, on the other hand sucked! My food was brought out, and there were no ribs. I asked twice and was told twice in a minute. Finished eating and still no ribs. Not like they were busy or the ribs weren’t ready. Maybe they were just having a bad day.

I stopped in at the new location on Chapman hwy. Was not impressed. This location has an upper barbecue and a lower for pizza, but that’s not the big issue. I had the pulled pork with the barbecued beans and macaroni and cheese. The pulled pork was lukewarm and that’s being generous. Very bland flavor as if they just put a pork butt on a smoker and smoked it with plain wood. Macaroni and cheese was very good. The beans were average. One of the worst things is there were no drinks upstairs. You had to walk downstairs to get a drink or refill your drink. You would think an outfit like Archer’s who have around for a while would have at least iced tea upstairs as you don’t need a dispenser with CO2 as a soft drink dispenser needs.

New to the area and drove by multiple times. Tonight I needed dinner for 4 and made the stop. Wow! The ribs fell off the bone, the dry rub was incredible with so much depth of flavor. So many sauces to choose from so picked a couple and loved the Memphis and XXX moonshine. We sampled all the sides and the green beans and Mac and cheese were a family favorite. So happy to have them in Seymour

For Seymour this place is superior. I have pork, ribs and chicken all of which were good. Ribs are very good.
Pizza is also good, you can customize for a reasonable amount, I do wish tomatoes were available as a topping.
There are choices for crust, I like the thin.

Some of the best smoked pork I’ve had. Tender, well smoked meat, but still maintains the “porky-ness.” Husband loved the mac n cheese, I loved the slaw. He got the large pork sandwich and raved about the quality of the bun on top of everything else. Super sweet staff was ready to answer questions about ingredients (I have celiac disease). We got a selection of sauces, and they were all on point. This will be a regular take out spot for us!

First visit. Ordered online and order was ready in minutes. Top notch barbecue (moist, fresh, and melts in your mouth)! They did forget the bbq sauces on order, but quality bbq shouldn’t need much sauce. Potato salad and greens perfect. Bbq beans were good, but not excellent. I’ll definitely be back.

So I only received half of my order via Uber delivery. Archers decided not to send my wife’s pizza with the order. Also the pulled chicken and pulled pork were dry, portions for sides were super small.

Amazing ribs tastes like homeade . Carolina mustard sauce is sweet and tangy. Sides are decent, could make the buns better by toasting them up. Prices on the steep side but worth it
