I arrived on a plane after 8pm and very hungry. I think Arby’s has the best fish sandwich of fast food places. So I used the drive thru to get a King’s Hawaiian fish sandwich meal deal. I young man let me know it would take an extra 5 minutes for the fish. He was kind, polite and efficient. The sandwich was excellent as usual.

My order take a little bit longer than I’d expected to be done but the staff is always super fantastic restaurants always clean lots of extra seating cuz they could fit a lot of people in the store and their food is excellent maybe a little bit expensive.

It didn’t take too long. I ordered the medium sized beef and cheddar sandwich and it filled me up. It was good too. I don’t go here often but I’ll be back.

Gave them 2 stars only because counter staff was friendly. But.. burned me 2x. I went for horsey sauce,ordered it and got home. None but a handful of nasty arbys sauce. I went back today and no tarter on my fish sandwich deluxe. How do you forget tarter. And the garlic ribeye sammy for 8$ is a joke and its gross!

Have always loved Arby’s food and this restaurant is nice and clean, but the front always looks like it’s closed when we drive by and when we went there tonight there wasn’t even anyone in the kitchen area. We waited for a few minutes before the shift manager finally popped his head around the corner of his office. I asked if the restaurant was closing soon and he just nodded “no”, like he was inconvenienced that we were there.
I don’t know if the owner of this franchise is just giving up on this location and can’t afford lighting out front or staff that seems happy to work, but those are two suggestions that might help bring up profits. ♀️
