I’ve been coming to this Arby’s since they opened in Omak. And it’s always been my favorite place when I need to grab something quick. So today I went in placed my order for their 7.99 box of food and an order two pup treats. The guy that took my order never offered any sauces or anything. And my sandwich had almost no meat and it was like they split the meat for one pup treat into the both of them. And then now their pup treats are almost $3 a piece. I was not expecting it to pay almost as much for two pup treats as I did for my entire dinner. The best part was waiting 20 minutes with no line and nobody in the restaurant. I understand maybe the two people that were working didn’t want to work on super bowl Sunday. But it’s not my bad that they were working and I shouldn’t be punished for their lack of foresight.

Not happy with hamburger that is medium rare, not medium, but medium rare. After research, I understand the process used since there are no grills. A simple temperature probe of the patty before delivery to the customer would lower the chance of e coli or other bacterial infection. Not going to order again until something is done to correct this dangerous situation.

my food tasted like it was 4 days old my fries had black hairs in them. when i went to complain to the lady at the front desk “layney” she gave me a dirty look and she acted like she didn’t want to give me a refund.

We went to the Omak Arby’s at approximately 2:30 pm. We went to Arby’s right now and the staff was extremely rude and they’re outdoor menu is messed up and not displaying the true cost of their items. We ordered a #6 meal and the first amount said $3.79 & the second amount said $8.49 so we ordered that we’ll when get up to pay they wanted over $13 for the meal. When we questioned the amount they were rude and said we’ll that’s just what it costs and then he got mad walked away and told someone else to deal with it so then she came up with an attitude I showed her the picture I walked back and took of the menu and she said we’ll it’s wrong and this is what it costd so mom told her I want my money back, they didn’t even try to make it right nope they just slammed the window in her face. First of all they need to honor what they are advertising, second of all they really need to work on their customer service skills, and 3rd they need to NOT be rude to someone especially when the mistake lies with employeeand not the customer!
