Awful chicken wrap, dry, crust falling off chicken nuggets. not enough filling for that dried out tortilla. The cheese was crumley like plastic. Very dissapointed. Would not recommend.

Our food was good, but more importantly I left my purse in the restaurant on my way through and didn’t realize until I got to my destination 5 hours away. The staff kept it safe for me until we could return for it two days later. Nothing missing. I am super grateful!

Stopped at this Arby’s on our way back from the West side of the state and something was off about their roast beef. It tasted different and looked different. Couldn’t finish my sandwich. I asked one of the workers if they gave recently changed their roast beef and she said no, but it was definitely different then any other Arby’s I’ve been to. I won’t stop there again as I think this establishment is possibly trying to cut costs by buying a cheaper beef product. So disappointing.

I will always drive out of my way to go to this Arby’s versus the other one in town. The lady at the drive thru window last night was very sweet and polite, made our shakes super cute (see picture). Food is always fresh!!

Jan 21, 2021. Food is same as any Arby’s. Their doors are locked so you have to use the drive through. Ask for more napkins: they gave us 4 (four). That doesn’t work when you are eating in a car. We had to drive back because they didn’t put an utensil in the sack for the mac & cheese and also, even though they recited the order back to us: no sauces on the turkey wrap – they still put the hot sauce on the turkey wrap! So that had to be redone. This is all you do kids: drive through – get it right the first time!! Most people drive away with their food.

Unlike the calls junior across the street that had 30 minutes till closing and 3 employees and locked the doors on us, Arby’s didn’t. With only two employees on shift they let our varsity coach and some of our teammates that decided to come, come in the building. Thank you Arby’s! (We’re the Manson Trojans Varsity Football Team)

The food was pretty good but the cleanliness and customer service was awful. The gentlemen who took our order didn’t say hi or smile at all. When we told them the ketchup in the lobby area was out instead of filling it he just set 3 ketchup packets on the counter and walked away. And the bathroom was DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY.

The young lady at the cashier was very friendly when taking my order. While I was waiting for my order, I didn’t hear my name being called out so they were nice enough to run it to me in the seating area!! With a smile!!! To top it off my sliders were so hot I could tell they were made fresh!
