Tried Arby’s steak bites and… they’re a bit of a letdown. The flavor is fine, but the texture really throws things off. Instead of being juicy or tender, they come off dry and kind of mealy. You don’t get that satisfying bite you expect from something advertised as “steak.”

They’re not awful, but they’re definitely not something I’d go out of my way to order again. If Arby’s could improve the moisture and texture, they’d be a much stronger menu item—right now they feel more like an underwhelming, expensive snack that I gave to the dogs than anything worth craving.

Got there shortly after they open. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands it was dirty. There was pee all over the floor. When I went to order, not only did it take them about 10 minutes to take my order, there was another elderly lady, waiting for her order to be taken as well. They seemed to only be focused on drive-through times, as they parked every single order that came through. While standing around waiting to place my order, I noticed that the lobby was also dirty the sauce station definitely had not been cleaned the night before. There was soda all over the soda station, which shows me they had not cleaned that either. All the surfaces behind the register were also dirty, having stains which obviously signs of them not being cleaned for a while. I worked in the fast food industry for a very long time during high school in college and the amount of uncleanliness would’ve caused me or my management to lose our job. if you can’t keep the place clean, how can I trust you to cook my food?

The person at the counter was not good, husband asked if they had the hushpuppy fish, she said “what”, asked again, “whaat”, again, “whaaat”, I finally had to almost tell at her and ask it, she stood there and said, What?. We ordered and I went to the restroom, he asked for a chip for the pop he ordered, she said “Whaaat”, he asked again, finally a guy from the back yelled at her and said he wants his cup for the pop he ordered, she said he didn’t order pop, the guy tried “yes he did, I heard him from back here”. Got our food and went and sat down. The French Dip was $6.49 and it was absolutely pathetic, picture below
After we ate, I looked at the receipt and she had rang it up wrong.

Why is it every time I order to go I’m missing food?? Y’all do this on purpose because you know no one has time to circle back to a dying business for a missing part of their meal.

The staff amazing the food spectacular and even if there is a problem the staff is fast at taking care of it . If it’s the soda machine on it. If a order is missing something which is rare they are quick to fix the issue and they make sure the customer leaves satisfied and happy. My husband and I enjoy having lunch at Arby’s. Andrea and brandie are the absolute best . The staff all do amazing. Thank you for always making our experience at Arby’s wonderful we keep going back .

Terrible customer service upon entering the restaurant there was no employees at the front counter for over four minutes once the manager finally did come forward from the back my friend and I ordered two smokehouse brisket meals. We got our drink glasses and proceeded to the soda machine, which was absolutely disgusting. There was sticky, pop, lids, straw, wrappers, and stains all over the counter. It was so bad my friend Ashley, use some water out of the vending machine and some napkins and cleaned up most of the sticky pop off the counter, we proceeded to find a table and seated ourselves and we’re only seated for a few moments before our order was called. I went to the counter, got our meals and proceed back to the table which was also pretty dirty. Upon opening our smokehouse briskets we both realized that the onion rings were old and both sandwiches were cold in the middle. Definitely not fresh definitely not worth the $30 we spent . I went to the counter and asked an employee, if if they could make them fresh. I got a sign in eye roll, but she reluctantly agreed to do it as she turned to go make her sandwiches. The manager came up from the back and asked what the problem was to the employee I promptly let him know that the sandwiches were old and that I requested fresh ones, he didn’t say much he didn’t apologize, but just proceeded to go out front and smoke a cigarette by the door. While he was out there, smoking, a car went through the drive-through and they also returned their food. I don’t know if it’s a common practice at this restaurant or not but I was very disappointed in the lack of motivation and customer service skills that the manager displayed. It seemed like it took six or seven minutes and our sandwiches were done again. This time they were fresh and much better, but they seem to be lacking a little bit of meat from what the first ones had but I wasn’t about to complain as we were running late on time.

I just bought a very expensive sandwich made of bread and lettuce. Also, when asked if they could cut it in half they said they were not allowed to but, they would give me a knife so I could cut it myself. They never gave me a knife.
