I stopped going to this establishment for a while after getting sick from a chicken sandwich and decided to give this place one more chance. Today I went and got 2 burger meals and the person taking my order was not listening at all. What happens next takes the cake, I get my food and look in the bag and its all there, but as soon as I get home my burgers had no buns.. if there was a bun shortage they could of told me or used a different bun. Get it together Arbys!

Ordered smokehouse brisket meal, see picture. Then I received a sandwich with no meat! Look at picture. I take it to the manager Robbie and he said they weigh the meat to ensure it’s 3oz! I requested my money back and went to McDonald’s near by. Guaranteed if Robbie made this sandwich for him self, it would be overflowing with meat, or at least it would resemble the picture as advertised!

Ordered a beef and cheddar combo at the drive through but when I got home the sandwich had no cheddar on it and the curly fries tasted like they were from yesterday and not edible. Very disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

This Arbys has provided me with the best and most consistently good experiences out of any fast food restaurant in wenatchee / east wenatchee. I have never had a signal issue here for any reason. Order is always correct and staff is always quick and attentive with food as well as service.

Sandwiches were perfect! Nice portion of the roast beef and the soft bun made up for the potato cakes tasting old and a bit like fish. Customer service was fantastic!

This place was pretty good, other than the slightly cold sandwich and some of the curly fries were burnt. The service wasn’t horrible but the guy working at the window had us repeat our order several times. The curly fries are the best there lol

Worst experience ever. They took my order, then asked me to repeat it- fine. I repeated it. Told me they no longer have Mac and cheese bites; also fine- but it’s advertised everywhere still. A very large poster advertising it on their menu at the drive thru. When I got to the window (I was the only person at the restaurant) they took a minute or two to come tell me the total. She put the order in as I sat there and then took my money. The order was incorrect and I let her know that- I wanted crinkle fries because their curly fries aren’t curly anymore and are terrible. She asked for them back- which is just fine- and said it will take a few minutes to make the crinkle. I took the curly fries and left. When I got where I was going, my sandwich was wrong! I ordered the double beef and cheddar and got a single. I paid almost $20 for this meal and it’s just not good. I miss when Arby’s was great! I will not be returning to this establishment anytime in the near future.

Typical Arbys. I stopped in for a Double Roast Beef sandwich with tangy BBQ sauce. Good selection at reasonable prices. Staff friendly. Good location.

After 7 months we decided to try drive through again. ERROR. After confirming our order twice (2 sandwiches & a large curly fry) I paid and we went home. Opened the bag and NO FRIES at all. Just the sandwiches. That meant another trip there to get a refund. They wanted to just give me the fries. It was 4 hours since we ate. I wanted my money back. At first he gave me the $4.19 and I pointed out there was tax on it. “oh I thought that was with tax”. Lesson learned. I will NOT be visiting this store again.
Brisket had only a tiny dab of bbq sauce. Small curly fries was a mix of fry pieces that came out of the fryer. Only 1 curly fry.
