Ordered mozzarella sticks, they were new to opening . Didn’t get the mozzarella sticks my daughter had been waiting for. Went back threw drive threw …. Waited 1/2hr. Tried talking to the gal/manager at window she argued with me over and over . I told her I would pay for them just wanted what my daughter ordered. She would not even come back to window . Worst customer service I’ve ever seen. And I love Arby’s , worked there as my first job, I would never treat people that way !!!!!

For an Arby’s in a small town it’s not bad at all. The ONLY thing that has irritated me so far is when we got there one night at 10:37 pm and they close at 11. We live on the outskirts of town so it’s a bit of a drive. We waited in line and they waited until we got to the window and they told us sorry they were closed. So they refused regular customers 20 minutes prior to actually closing.

Love their fish sandwich. An addition to my go-to place in Elma. Fast service.

Best beef n cheddar I’ve had, at an Arby’s. Stopped in during dinner hours for a couple sammies and didn’t expect anything out of the regular. I bit into the BnC and couldn’t believe how much sauce they actually put on. I was honestly expecting it to be a little dry, but nope! Hands down, best one I’ve had. And the staff seemed very friendly also.

I had the roast beef sandwich, curly fries, and diet coke. Hot food was hot . I had a good meal in pleasant surroundings. I rang the bell

When Arby’s in Elma first opened oh boy we’re there ever growing pains which is to be expected but they have definitely improved by leaps and bounds. I’ve never received bad food from this location and the people working here r really kind.

Lol reading through the other reviews is comical. This place is definitely better than BK next door. I haven’t had a bad meal or service yet from them. They were always pleasant and the food actually was surprisingly good (not an Arby’s fan, but wanted to try)

Waited 23 minutes in drive thru from start to finish. Ordered a crispy fish sandwich and two roast beef sliders, no cheese. Got a chicken sandwich and 2 roast beefs with cheese. Also, couldn’t get my Arbys gift card to work and was almost handed the wrong drink before I caught it. I understand, and am not faulting them. It’s to be expected that everyone gravitates towards new businesses when they pop up in small towns; which can be overwhelming for employees. It may not run as smoothly at first, so just be prepared for long wait times and a few misorders until employees work out the kinks and gets in the groove of things.

I spent 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru line waiting to get up and make my order on a Sunday afternoon, the girl taking the order was downright unfriendly and unpleasant, was not helpful. For a new place their milkshake machine was already broken down and they don’t carry certain items the other Arby’s carry. Was really hopeful to have a new Arby’s in our small town but with no customer service and ridiculous wait times I will not be coming back
