AVOID!! FOOD POISONING and orders not filled. Here’s my experience with the dump. Traveling in my RV. Went there a couple of weeks ago for some food and ordered inside. First thing I noticed was how slippery and dangerous the floors were. Almost fell due to the wrong flooring. Got my order, got to my car and didn’t get the curly fries I ordered. Went back in, the manager put some fresh fries down and scraped out the bin and gave me all the bits and pieces that had been sitting there instead of the fresh ones. Whatever… Went back a few days ago. Ordered a French Dip and almost fell again from the wrong flooring (anything wet on the floor like rain water tracked in, turns the floor into something as slippery as greased snot on a door knob and employees shared that there have been two employees injured by the situation and one had broken bones). Got back to my RV and no Au Jus sauce. Drove back and showed my receipt and the sandwiches I ordered were sitting in my rv getting cold. Manager replaced the full order. Cool. Well, was cool until I got food poisoning and spent two days dealing with that. Attaching a photo of the managing company. I could easily tell that none of the employees were happy because they are having to deal with poor management from the owning company. This place is deplorable and going to report them to the State. It was stated by employees that they have reported to North West Beef LLC (Franchise Owner) about their concerns of the flooring and nothing has been done, even after employees were severely injured. None of what I’m saying is being put on the employees, it’s all on North West Beef LLC for not listening to them and not fixing anything. Edited to say, also going to contact Corporate Office and report them.

I placed an order online 20 mins before I even picked up my food and still had to wait. The lady on the headset was rude and you could tell they did not want to be there. I also asked for bronco berry sauce as I do like the marinara sauce and was told “its in the bag”. 1. One sauce is all they gave me. I haven’t been to an Arbys in at least 4-5 years and its service like this why I stopped going. How hard is it to give me 2 sauces? Sorry I made your day extra hard for putting sauce in a bag. This visit will be the reason I NEVER spend money on Arbys again. Customer lost, good job.

Made a quick stop with our family to pick up some food and use the restroom: Nov. 14th 6pm, we had great service with a young man at the front counter. Wish we could have got his name, slender and taller with glasses. His service was genuine! Thanks again. Bonus points for the clean restaurant and bathrooms.

My fries were room temp. They made me wait for my sandwich which I am assuming they had my fries waiting for my sandwich to be made, which didnt take a long time but 10 minutes of sitting out and they are not going to be warm. They also did not fill up the fry container, just paid $16 for a medium size mediocre meal that wasn’t even hot. I tried this place because the BK was also not great in my past experience. Now I know to just stop at the grocery outlet and grab something.

I don’t do a lot of fast food reviews and when I hit an Arby’s its usually for a beef n cheddar… I never thought about there burgers until today, tried one and it was fantastic ! Big thick real patty, spiced perfectly, fresh veg and a really good bun! Definitely just took 2nd place on my fast food burger list! If it was flame broiled it would have had a 10 star! Friendly and fast service. Very clean. Good job guys!

The burger is good. Bourbon BBQ is nice. Bacon strips are crispy. Staff is very friendly. I seriously think this restaurant deserves higher ratings.

Please tell me how this is worth 4$ a piece? The whole thing was smaller than my palm. The chicken was nothing but breading, super over cooked and hard. Swimming in sauce. The tortilla didn’t even wrap around the whole thing and it fell apart shortly after picking it up.

The lady who was taking my order was rushing me and didn’t get it right. I had to go back in line, and when I ordered again, she still couldn’t get my order correct. Very frustrating. I won’t be ordering there again.
