So the rating is relative to other fast food. This location had exceptional service with very friendly staff. Food was good. Restaurant was exceptionally clean. Not too busy at lunch. Would recommend it as fast food option.

This isn’t the first time fries have been cold as if they’ve been sitting under a broken heat lamp. It’s every. single. time. Any kind of cold potato is the worst, please raise your standards and you’ll see more 5 stars from consumers. They did get the order right this time, which is why service is rated well. The food just always tastes either undercooked or old.

Lots of choices and no burgers! Chicken, beef, brisket, pepperoni, turkey…..all of the there cooked everywhere from slow roasted to deep fried. Nine different kinds of sliders. Great menu.

Double check your order before you leave the drive-thru!!! We’ve been going to this Arby’s regularly, for over 2 years now, and in the past 2 months something has changed with this restaurant. First, they replaced their medium-size cups with small ones… no announcement of any kind about it. And then, they have been consistently messing up our drive-thru orders! Either they’ve given us a smaller sandwich than what we ordered and paid for, or they’ve not put paid for items in the bag, etc. Also, the quality of food has been questionable as well. The food is either cold, maybe lukewarm, or they serve WAY smaller portions than normal… see pic of the fries we ordered today (exactly how we took them out of the bag). They’re about half full and COLD!!! I guess we won’t be going there anymore, if we can’t rely on food quality or receiving what we paid for!

My son went here for a late dinner and was served a raw chicken sandwich. Unfortunately he didn’t realize it until he had eaten a few bites. When he approached the staff, they were extremely unprofessional and was told there was no manager on duty. We will never eat at this place again!

Went downhill a bit after me and my 3 buddies quit, but the new manager seems to have it mostly handled. Would have appreciated it if they cooked the mozzarella sticks to order like I and my fellows were trained, though. As they were soggy breading and stiff cheese. They, if I remember correctly, are quick to make in small batches

The chicken sandwich was raw got refunded but they seemed. Very unconcerned would not reccomend you eat any thing without CHECKING TO SEE IF IT IS COOKED I think my biggest concern about this is. It was about 7 o’clock at night. How long have they been serving undercooked food? Update: manager called to say sorry. And say she was glad the cashier was able to refund the cost of the chicken sandwhiches(the very least they could do) and that she was gonna do training for staff. She hopes I would try them again . I think I will spend my money at popeyes nextdoor
