Service is fine. Two consecutive times there were major issues with my food. Getting the wrong order is ok, but they took the sandwich back and added to it. It’s a kitchen no no for sanitary reasons and I was kinda shocked they did that. Second time I waited for cold food. Hottest thing in that sandwich was the lukewarm meat. I wasn’t gonna go in and have them microwave my sandwich, so I went home to do it myself. I’ll never be back. Too many kitchen red flags for food 2x the price of every other fast food restaurant.

This was my first visit to Arby’s and I really liked it. I was really surprised to see the very dated decor like the neon lights and the paint. The service was excellent with very friendly staff. They were also very hard hardworking as they went around cleaning tables and removing garbage. The food was very filling and tasty and the happy hour slider sandwiches were awesome and high quality. The sauce station was interesting and I liked it. We rang the bell as we left for the great service.

Updated, unfortunately had to take away 2 stars. The new bbq Bacon ‘Cheesy’ Burger had its pictures plastered on all the registers & the walls. Looked huge & juicy. I ordered it, but when I received it, even the micro/small package rather reminded me of the sliders they used to sell (look at image), even a kid’s burger – patty wax just a bit larger than a silver Dollar. Cheese was almost missing in action & The burger was pink inside, I threw away the rest when I noticed the weird taste & looked at the cross cut (look at 2nd image). For 2 sandwiches & a fries, I had to dish out close to $30, which was also ridiculous.

I have been waiting a while to see the inside since the remodel. I do like the new look. I worked at this location from ’08-15 so I will say this is a much needed remodel. Now for the negative note. When I entered the restaurant there was only one table occupied so there is no call for the many tabletops that were dirty. I am going to toot my own horn but I have people that will back me on this, that when I was working those tabletops were kept clean.

Got food from here for dinner today. Was sad to discover that they forgot our fries, despite me being charged for them, (partially my bad for not checking the bag thoroughly before leaving) and the cheese sauce on the sandwich for my partner had an awful taste. I also had to wait for a while, which is understandable as they looked to be understaffed. My food was fine and the one employee that I interacted with was fairly nice, but I probably will not come back here for a long time, which is such a shame.

13$ for medium wing meal with very few fries, and on top of that a small drink. Typically the fries should be in their separate box. On top of that the inside workers seemed to be very distracted.
