Went through the drive-thru ordered our food and left. The wife started to eat hers and it was cold so we turned around I went inside and told them it was cold. They made me a new one went back out to the car and that one was cold too. Even my hamburger was cold. The meat taste good but they were both cold so we just put it back in the shack and threw it in the garbage when we got home.. I see too many of these nowadays.

My wife and I went to this Arby’s for dinner this evening. I ordered the chicken sandwich combo meal with the potato cakes & she had ordered two sliders, one roast beef and one chicken along with a side of jalapeño poppers. Just an average Arby’s the food was OK. It was hot & made to order, but whoever made my chicken sandwich must really like mayonnaise a lot. I like mayonnaise but this sandwich had a little too much on it for my liking, it was dripping out from the side of the bun. The chicken & roast beef sliders consisted of mostly bread. Don’t get your hopes up too high and you won’t be let down. We also ordered a roast beef sandwich to go and when we asked the lady for some sauce she gave us one package of Arby’s and one of the horseradish. Im thinking she must have stock in the sauce. So ask for extra. We didn’t ring the bell here

I never leave reviews on fast food because it’s fast food but our order today was so disappointing. Our sandwiches looked like someone punched them, we had items missing and our fries were barely filled. Spent $50 and lost our appetite.

Ordered 2 meals to go, didn’t check the bag like I guess we should’ve. Got on the road and realized they didn’t include one of the sandwiches we had ordered. Tried to call them to see about a credit for it and nobody picked up the phone even after letting it ring for over 2 min.

My experience was terrible. Upon ordering, the attitude of the girl (Jessica, apparently her name) who served us was very, very unpleasant, arrogant, and very unkind. Later, we questioned this same person about the quality of the food. The bread was cold. We asked her for an answer, and she continued with the same attitude. It’s a shame, really, considering how much I wanted to eat at this place. This happened on July 27, 2025, at 10:00 p.m.

The manager at this location is amaziinngggg. Goes above and beyond in his customer service. He’s done an amazing job at clearing out employees who are rude and actually refused to accommodate simple sandwich alterations on my last visit. (Adding cheddar cheese. They told me it would be too messy and refused it and corporate got involved and told them they had to. He knew nothing of this when serving me this morning and went above and beyond
any normal expectation before I shared that with him. Managing a fast food restaurant is not easy and he is doing a phenomenal job!!

Your cashier’s attitude is not very good. She has been behaving very rudely. She does not listen after taking the order. I asked her for fresh food 4 times. She did not give any answer. She says angrily, “Hear me.” I did not get fresh food. Later, the manager apologized and made the food fresh. The same cashier did this four times in the last one week. If She is suffering from work, She should leave the job and go home and rest. Very bad service.

Walked in all alone and took 6 minutes to get anyone to the register. Still currently here. Ordered 2 beef and cheddars at 12:40. After waiting for cashier for 6 minutes. So arrived in location with no one in line and still waiting for 2 roast beef cheddars…it’s 12:59 now lol I would be scared to order 2 meals and see how much that extends the wait time.
