“Last time I bought Arby’s, I carried it boldly into a Burger King and ate it right there. They didn’t kick me out, and I left a five-star review for that Burger King (see my review here ).
Now I’ve returned to the Arby’s itself, retracing the holy loop. I’m back at the source, restocking the curly fries and roast beef so I can once again march them into the kingdom of the Whopper. This Arby’s deserves five stars—not just for the food, but for being the launchpad of my ongoing fast-food odyssey.”

Update 7/25. Classic Arby’s and whatever kinks they had before seem to be resolved. Food was fresh and fast. Service was friendly and nice.
It’s a new Arby’s location so it was clean throughout. Food was as expected and tasty. Service was fast and friendly. Prices were fair and ample parking. What appeared to be the manager was the only issue. Openly yelling at staff in front of customers. Belittling attitude and tacky behavior that was unprofessional at least. Staffing issues are likely to persist as long as she is working there..

We dig the Gyros from this location and if you add just a little horseradish to it, wow! We also map clean restroom locations and this Arby’s received a spot in our PeePeeStop travel directory. All things said, this is a good location for a nice break from the road as a chow stop. Thanks Arby’s!

Every single time I ask for lots of onions to be added to my sandwich. And every single time they either forget or worse, they put a single onion sliver or 2 on each half. It’s been going on forever. It doesn’t matter who is working. They treat asking for onions like I’m asking for slivers of gold to be added to my sandwich. It’s ridiculous.

The management and staff are absolutely amazing. It is a spotless building. If you love great food and smiling faces definitely go to Arby’s Prineville. I truly appreciate that they go above and beyond! You must try the cherry turnover. It is so good!!!

Both of my sandwiches were served cold and as you can see in the picture, the cheese isn’t even melted bc it was served cold and they gave me unripe tomatoes on both my sandwiches. This place is brand NEW!!! There should no exceptions! This is when you bring in customers and try to keep them. What a HORRIBLE first impression for a new store. Will not be back. I remember when Arby’s used to be good.

Very upsetting first there was a long line in drive thru everyone trying to back out. They put a sign at drive thru saying due to short staffing they would not open till 1130. Went inside put my order in they had 4 people working so why short staffed. Everyone looked grumpy . Received food and fries were cold open sandwich and meat was white yellow green and tasted sour. I am pretty sure I will get a robo response from owner as I viewed the reviews. Taking the sandwich to the health board maybe they need to come and inspect what they are serving. If the owner see’s this your business is failing . People check your food before you eat it.

The foods great, but you’ll never get a full cup of cheese sauce. The cheddar cups are $0.92 and are more often than not less than half full.
