Haven’t had Arby’s in over a decade and tried the Greek gyros due to a craving for them, and they were excellent. As most fast food places these days, went in with low expectations and assumed not much meat would be on them, but I was wrong by a mile. These were loaded with meat and thick; fresh; and tasted really good. This store location had friendly service and the place was clean. With the exception of any price hikes or cutting of toppings, will be a regular here now…at least for the gyros.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Ordered delivery and the large curly fries holder that cost over $5 was less than half full. Absolutely ridiculous. Who skimps on fries? Won’t be ordering here again any time soon.

Location was card online at the time I went in. Not sure if this is a common thing or not.
The staff was friendly and quick with my food. I’ve eaten here a few times and the food has always been pretty solid.

My niece and I got the meal box for dinner and it was great! Roast beef sandwich, curley fries, 2 mozzarella sticks, and a peach dessert roll up with a small drink for $7.99. It would be hard to find so many great items at a better price.

January 14 2026. This is one of the best burgers you can get. The crinkle cut fries are amazing. Everything cooked to order Arby’s does not disappoint and the crew here. Diane at the window is a delight. If I lived in Albany I would be here everyday.

If you want to spend $6 for a beef and cheese with the meat hanging off one side of the bun and the cheese on the other side of the bun, this is you place.

When I first arrived there at the drive-thru two guys were outside smoking that’s all I could smell, the sandwiches were not all that big for the $28 I spent. My fries were only half full if that and the guy that gave me my food smelled like smoke every time he opened up the window to hand me something that’s all I could smell. But once again the food was not worth $28 I will never go back to this place again. Even my neighbor who got doordash said he’s never going back. What has happened to the quality and customer service at this Arby’s? j
