Always good service and good food. I had the Classic Roast Beef meal with curly fries and my husband had the Classic French Dip & Swiss, both were delicious. I’ve been here a few times and they have never disappointed me.

Took over 20 minutes to get our food through the drive thru. There was only 1 customer inside shutting at a table. Customer in front of me finally went inside to find out about their order. I finally drove to the front to go inside. Went out to the car. Noticed I was missing an item. Walked back inside. Got the missing item. Drive 20 minutes to go home to feed my family. Got home and noticed they messed up again. Missing another item and had an item I didn’t order. Very poor.

I would love to know how I waited in line for 15 minutes after placing my order at the speaker just to pay, when there was only one car ahead of me. Ordered a double roast beef combo. Got a single roast beef and the bread was burned so badly that the whole sandwich just tastes charred.
If yall were slammed or something tonight I would have understood how it can happen. But you had 3 employees standing around while the one working window packed up everything for my order. And again, only 2 cars through in about half an hour? I guess I know why you aren’t busy on a Friday night.

Zachary and two off duty employees had EXCELLENT customer service. Lobby was closed and we had our motorcycles. They took our orders on foot and allowed us to sit in the lobby since we didn’t have cars to sit and eat.
They went above and beyond with customer service and were prompt with the order.

Horrible avoid. Have no spoons, no forks, no nothing. They give out cold fries, when you literally order fresh batch and they take forever for the food.

Received the wrong sandwich and didn’t notice until I got home. The sandwich I was suppose to get was my pregnancy craving and they gave me a roast beef sandwich I didn’t order so had nothing to eat expect the fries..do better. So disappointed. I didn’t get what I paid for. I waited 10+ mins in the front like they told me to as they told me they were making “fresh chicken”.

I have been to this Arby’s over and over, thinking, “This time will be better than the last time,” but it never was. Every single time, there has been something wrong. The service is terrible. Seems like every time I went, there was a new employee who hadn’t been trained on how to use the register. Even when the kitchen is all backed up, they’ll continue taking orders at the drive-thru and just tell everyone to park in the parking lot, until there’s a 30-minute wait for your food. I have gotten attitude from the employees. They have given me the wrong food again and again. I don’t know why I kept trying for so long. I don’t think the general manager at this store knows how to run a business. I have been to many Arby’s around the country and this is the worst.
