Service was terrible. The person who took our order got it all wrong. He gave us the wrong order had to go over it with him and a young lady at least 5 times and still got it wrong. My husband order a cheddar roast beef and didnt get it. She argued it was our fault for ordering it wrong. Ive never had such a bad experience here at this Arby’s. Beware of the screw ups!!

Went in for lunch with my granddaughters and I had ordered a double classic roast beef and when I got the sandwich you couldn’t see any meat unless you took off the top bun. I took it back to the counter and asked if it really was a double and they said no. I said I ordered a double and they were very nice about it but i took a while but I got a new sandwich with the correct amount of meat. They even gave me the one that was wrong since they had no use for it

Racist white cashier was serving me and gave me attitude for trying to order a shake. When I walked up to him, I said hello and he didn’t say hello back, so I went on saying my code for the reward. And he said “what is your order??” “need to know”. I don’t know why he didn’t say that when I got there before, I said chocolate shake. He didn’t say anything, so I then said my code and he was like “slow down”. So I did, then he just left somewhere without telling me if it went through. He dropped my shake at the counter and that was the first time I’ve never said thank you to the person who was serving me. There was no communication whatsoever and he was belittling me each step. What makes it funny was that same attitude didn’t apply to the other white customers, so I guess racism still exists!!

As a frequent customer I was appalled at the whole experience my granddaughter & I experienced at lunch today. Employees were arguing & yelling at each other, orders were taking an extremely long time & when when customers finally received them they were incomplete. No drinks, missing sandwiches ,& fries. Plus food was cold, beef was tough, cheese was straight from refrigerator & buns were dry & hard.
We’ve never received such poor service & bad food from Arby’s before. My granddaughter was so uncomfortable with all the yelling & screaming the employees were doing to each other, she asked to leave so we dumped the rest of our lunch & left.

Excellent service. I showed up about 30 min from closing and the employees still had a smile on their face ready and willing to take my order. Most placing start “closing” if not a half hour an hour before listed hours so it was refreshing to know I was able to get the same service at the end of the day as if I were there much earlier. There’s not to many Arby’s around so its not somewhere I frequent but when I do I’m glad the service was top notch. It’s also nice to know with EVERYTHING going up in price to get quality food instead of paying more and getting less/poor quality food.

$16 for my meal to be upgraded to have a shake included and it’s the most watery, thin shake I’ve ever had I was so excited for the apple pie shake:( don’t charge so much for stuff that’s not good. Shake shack at least makes a good shake for the price point

Close to 8 dollars just for a sandwich and there’s barely enough meat to cover one side of the sandwich. Guess shrinkflation is hitting this Arby’s as well. This is the second time this happened. I thought the first time was just a mishap. Will not be going to this location again.

It’s Arby’s, underrated and over hated. A classic childhood spot for me with their roast beef, curly fries, and a BARQs root beer. Horsey and Arby’s sauce on the side for dip.

The staff here were quick and kind. Every time I’ve come here it’s been pretty consistent for what to expect. Love it!

Also learned they’re part of the same ownership group as Popeyes and BK

The online experience was overloaded I assumed due to their promotion. I quit trying and came back hours later but still no success. The person at the counter “made exception” and helped me order. Wow. Thankful, I was able to eat. Give a 5 for this.

The three: never been in a restaurant we’re taking out the trash overruled the customer experience from entry (more than I big bags of trash to all tgrough, greeting you at the entrance, then when dining he employee was stacking up more instead of taking any out to the trash receptacle instead of keeping them in with customers as she went along… for the 45 minute until I left.

I did ring their “thank you, good work” bell as I exited.

Didn’t mention to the counterperson the Horsey Sauce in the pump seemed rancid. I happily received some much tastier Horsey packets.

I usually order: double the meat on my sandwich and since a young girl have loved the flavor of Arby’s Jamoca shakes.
