Trash in dining room overflowing, no paper towels in bathroom, trash in bathroom overflowing, condiment station not maintained. This location used to be really good. But management and staff changed recently, and it is not good. Only one helpful person on today’s shift.

Most of the food came out fresh outside of mine brisket sandwich.room temp. The dining room got cleared out before we even got our food and most of them came in after us. They did come out messy I am very dissatisfied. Look at the pictures for y’all self.

It really is a nice Arby’s. It’s pretty easy to get in and out of. It’s clean, the food is decent and for the most part not terribly expensive. Inside there’s plenty of seating, and a few tables outside as well. At least one has a handicap seat. As a perk for travelers, there are outlets and USB charging points at every booth.

Went through the drive thru after driving up from Sacramento. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Food was cold and tasted nasty. I threw it away, wouldn’t even give it to my dog! For as much as it costs to eat Arby’s these days I was hangry to be robbed. On top of that I had to find something else for me and my k9 to eat. So in short AVIOD THIS PLACE!!

Apparently they just reopened after a very long hiatus. Every Arby’s closed, from what I understand, within a very long radius that expands like at least 2 hours (except for a little mini station/truck stop somewhere just an hour and a half south or so maybe an hour I don’t know but I ain’t driving an hour for a truck stop Arby’s…. Or even to get blessed by Jesus himself so no offense)… I don’t know why all the Arby’s closed within an hour or two of Redding however I went to the smoke shop and I saw there was a very long line and I didn’t care if the line extended all the way to Cypress avenue I was going to get in it and man I wasn’t even hungry…. Was supposed to be taking my dog to the park but that didn’t happen. Got some nuggets for my dog and three buffalo sliders it was everything that I remember. Just chicken and bread the right kind of bread the right kind of chicken that was tender and doused in that sexy spicy buffalo vinegary concoction and that’s all that needed to be on it and my God no one else sells this thank God for Arby’s… That sliced roast beef covered in artery clogging liquid cheese…. The chicken was tender everyone there was cool just Jesus Christ hell yeah for this place I’m pretty sure they could serve cockroaches and I’m going to be happy as long as they slather it in that delicious Arby’s sauce however this place is open it is June 22nd 2021 and you can now revisit this Arby’s coming in m************ b****** be open. I’m not going to lie I got a few packets of Arby’s sauce just to drink as an aphrodisiac for later. If you cherish your marriage I suggest you do the same.

The staff is always kind, efficient, fast and I always enjoy going in and or driving through no matter the hour! They have e never gotten my order wrong. My food is always done the right way AND I wish they had a location aging in redding closer to my family because it’s our once a month spot now!
