I went through the drive thru after ordering online and the woman working was absolutely amazing. She had a great attitude, smiled the whole time, was friendly, and had great communication when it came to my order. I really wish I had gotten her name now. But she worked the drive thru Friday night 11/7/25 at around 9pm.

Just spent over $30 on moldy burgers. I took a couple bites and saw this green mold all over the bottom of my food. I’m disgusted. I tried calling the store but no answer. Do not eat here. They better hope I don’t get sick. I will be contacting cooperate. Yuck.

In from out of town, been a while since I’ve been a to an Arby’s. Dude work in the drive-thru register was awesome. Was trying to do some piece together ad hoc combos without overspending. Guy was righteous about helping and took his time, thank God nobody was behind me in line! Funny dude when I got to the window, as he about laughed like a school girl when I said what happened to the good old days of the $5 for five Arby’s sandwiches? I asked for extra Arby’s sauce, he said okay, I said no you don’t understand I want a lot, he said okay. I said no I don’t think I’m quite clear enough, I said I want my friends to think oh good God he got a lot! This guy said I got you! Gave me a separate small bag of nothing but Arby’s sauce! Now that’s how you take care of customers!

Just went to the newer location in Oroville, Ca for the last time ever.
Ordered a 5pc chicken strip meal with curly fries, large, with a lemonade. It wasn’t until I was home ready to eat (20 minutes later), that I had come to the conclusion I was given my large curly Fries, but was apparently exchanged a large regular fry instead of 5 chicken strips, but don’t worry drove back another 20minutes in the heat, and the worker was nice enough to tell me I could keep the cold fries I never wanted, that is after standing at the counter for some time listening to the workers cuss and bicker back and forth before being noticed.

I dont get it. This is the second time ive gone. First time was all bad but they had just opened. This time i go and order the phily cheesesteak. Why did they put it on these horrible mini buns that are cold and hard af? If you dont have the right bread just tell me so i can chose something else. I really hate this location

Very disappointed in Arby’s today, This is the third time we had them since they’ve been in town. We did DoorDash and the milk was expired. My son drank some of it before I even noticed and the French fries, and the kids meal were so old and harder than a rock. I’m shocked that the workers put that kind of food out.

My family decided to dine inside. We went to try the advertised Good Burger special. It came with the good burger, strawberry shake, and crinkle fries. Every thing was fresh and delicious. The only thing wrong was that the French fries could have used a little more salt. Overall, it was delicious!

Ordered online, ordered Beef & Cheddar, the cheddar cheese was about the size of a quarter, barely any cheese & the roast beef barely made it on the bun. Looked more like the beef & bun here just thrown into the wrapper. The curly fries wasn’t much better. They were very cold & stale. This must be what you get when they’re on sale. Too bad!!!!
