I finally tried Arby’s out for the first time this morning and while it’s not out of this world, it’s pretty good for what you pay. The diner looks clean and modern. The employees were also very nice and greeted me on my way in and got my order done just as I was getting my soda. They were super quick.

Service and food were fine. I wouldn’t come here if it wasn’t the closest Arby’s to me solely because I’m not religious and they’re playing Christian radio constantly. If this was a small chain, sure, whatever, but I guarantee you I’m not the only person annoyed by a manager or franchise owner of a corporate brand forcing their non-Christian employees and customers to listen to their religious beliefs while they’re trying to eat.

They gave me all the tiny hard leftover fries . See the pictures. Regular roast beef was skimpy. Fish sandwich was dried out or overcooked. Yuk. Turkey bacon sandwich was good but not for almost 9 bucks.

I love the food at Arby’s, the only complaint I really have is how sloppily the sandwiches are made. I understand there are different sizes of roast beef sandwiches but the one with the smallest amount is usually made too small. I always get the beef and cheddar and the amount of cheddar sauce is always so thin it can barely be tasted. The bun is rarely centered on the sandwich properly so I’ve did is always off, this is all what I mean by “sloppily made”.

I would never recommend eating at this place . I was eating my food and notice a big white lint in my food . Took it out and then noticed a piece of hair on my bun .. I then proceeded to call and ask for manager one girl handed the phone to another lady .. who was doing the drive through who kept yelling in the phone anything else I said I would like to speak to the manager ..then finally spoke to the male manager who did not let me get one word in said I need to bring the whole sandwich back .. well here u go u all should be fired. Worst customer service. Worst word Worst never again .

I usually dig any other Arby’s. But, always have a terrible experience with this specific location. The roast beef on the promo sandwich ordered earlier today is straight up rubber. Not even chewable. The ads for it got me that quick craving. And, clearly, I should’ve known better.

Figured the management might have changed over the years? Idk. The pic is from a “mishap” from one of my very few visits a few years ago. Yuck!

Top it off with a big sign that says “No refunds or exchanges”. Huge red flag. Not willing to back their own product.

I don’t think I’ve ever left a bad review anywhere before. There’s just never been one particular “restaurant” that has wronged me pretty much every time. I literally take 2 bites, and the second bite is just to see if it was THAT BAD. Then it goes in the trash.

Keep in mind I have nothing against Arby’s in general. I love Arby’s. This particular spot just DOES NOT have the meats.

This place has an amazing burger that has meats not traditionally seen on burgers, tasted amazing and had good service. Overall would recommend you to try it at least once.

This place is ok at best. All the workers were too busy discussing their issues of being bloated while on vacation to help me, or even act nice. The lady at the register was not helpful or nice. The food has really gone downhill, but the customer service, they need to be trained or replaced, that was horrible. Not sure I’ll ever be back to this one. On top of the attitude , my large curly fries were little tidbits AND stale. The sandwich wasn’t great. Very disappointed. Get it together Arby’s.
Let me add that I’ve been going here for years, and have been here dozens (of not more) of times.

I was already hesitant to go to Arby’s but I was like let me give them a chance. I went through the drive thru and got 2 roast beef sliders and a 4pc mozzarella sticks order. Got my food fairly quicker and my bag felt warm so I thought I was good. Before leaving the parking lot I tried a mozzarella stick and it was barely warm. So I called the restaurant to let them know I was coming back in since they were cold. So I went in and let the drive thru lady know I was the one who called and she said rudely that she did make them fresh. I showed her the hard ass mozzarella stick and broke them in half to show how they weren’t even cooked all the way. She snatched the bag and threw it away and proceeded to put a new order into fry. Not even 2 mins after dropping them into the oil they were already pulling them out the oil. Another lady gave me the bag, and literally RIGHT OUT OF THE OIL I broke the mozzarella stick in half and YET ANOTHER order of FROZEN mozzarella sticks. I said see look at this, you guys are charging full price for reheated food yall can’t even cook correctly. She looked at me like I was lying! I said feel it she reluctantly felt it and just walked off and told the original lady who helped me I was essentially complaining again. She came around and told me to stop yelling while I was just talking. I said maybe you guys should actually cook the food you’re selling people at full price. They are quick to put a sign up saying no refunds without food. But mad when someone returns undercooked food. I was like you guys need to be cooking theses for at least 3 to 4 mins. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! No accountability, and they speak in their language and not in English and then get mad when I say do you not speak English!! So many things wrong with this restaurant and confirmation I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO ANY ARBYS AGAIN!!! EXACTLY WHY THEYRE ALL HANGING ON BY A THREAD!!! AND I SEE WHY THEYRE DAMN NEAR OUT OF BUSINESS. NO NAMES NEEDED EVERY WORKER WAS RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! Save your money and go somewhere else!

The people here are very friendly. I am an Arby’s fanatic and I find their service and decor amazing. They were out of roast beef when I came in but the Bourbon BBQ Brisket was a delicious substitute. (Still wasn’t as good as the roast beef though)
