Was there this morning at 11:52 am. Dog food in the bag. Everything, curly french fries, roast beef sandwich was cold not even luke warm. Waited 10 minutes for order. Khayra would not even answered questions when asked. Ended up throwing meal away. 4 people sitting in front of me, were also complaining about could tough meat being served. If this is what we can expect as customers, location needs to be closed.

We like Arby’s and this location didn’t disappoint. We stopped for a couple of sandwiches to eat on the run for our drive home. The service was great as were our sandwiches. Two thumbs up Arby’s!!

Good fresh meat cheese was good bread on sandwiches soft potato cakes fresh and hot so good food. Employees standing around talking letting the alarms on the fryers go off and them just laughing tables not so clean. Wait time for food longer then other locations. Employee taking the orders was short and kind of rude. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. It was not even really busy it was Thursday and after 2pm so past lunch and way before dinner rush.

So I have been coming here late night recently since going back to work and getting off late at night and I SWEAR….everytime I come here, not only is the staff amazingly nice but they get my orders right and FRESH! I honestly hate bothering them so late because I know they are suppose to close at midnight but seriously, this staff is AMAZING!!!!!!!! I have had Miguel and another young lady (I can’t remember her name but she has a sweet voice and dark hair) they are THE GREATEST!!!!!!!! Also, another young man who works late at night sometimes and they are a true CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM!!!!!!! Great Job Blue Diamond location!!!!!!! Prioritizes drive thru over any in store or pick up order. Unacceptable practice to save your “times” in drive thru. First in, first out, not choose who goes first for your corporate numbers. Thats garbage service & practices

The soda machine is down. All they had to drink was lemonade and shakes. But they charged me extra for the lemonade. However, that’s all they have to offer. Why do I have to pay extra because your soda machine is broke. I canceled my order. Corporate definitely needs to step in for this disaster and make offers for the inconvenience. Instead of charging customers extra.

This is honestly the best Arby’s if eaten at they dam near lost a customer the only reason I went was my boss was treating and I was surprised French dip was good the dip warm poppers and curly frys were better the jbox.

They completely disregard delivery drivers here. Came through the drive thru he asks me to come inside. Why? There is 0 reason for me to come inside other than to get me out of the drive thru and make me wait longer, all so you can stress less about making the order, i can show you the order on the phone and you can watch me confirm it through the drive thru. Plus I had just picked up an order a day prior through the drive thru showing its inconsistent based on the employee. So i come in i wait 15 minutes for 1 singular chicken sandwich and jalepeno poppers mind you its still not ready. So i unassigned from the order im not doing that incompetent employees. Mind you they served 2-3 cars in drive thru during this time frame. If anything my delivery order should have more priority as the customer has to not only wait for yall to prepare it but has to wait for me to drive it there thats alot of waiting the customer has to do. While the cars in the drive thru can just get their food instantly. Yall priorities are not straight at all making it a terrible experience for delivery drivers and customers ordering arbys on food delivery apps.Terrible service.
