This location was recently remodeled and updated. Service continues to be just mediocre. Employees are competent, just don’t appear to be happy. Service was a little slow.

Went thru drive in. Took 5 minutes sitting at the speaker to order, then 10 minutes at the pickup window. Employee was rude! Wasn’t asked if we wanted Arby’s sauce. No way to treat customers.

Waited over 20 minutes at the counter before anyone ever acknowledged that I was there. When the woman finally stopped playing around with her coworker long enough to take the two steps to the register to take our order she was extremely rude acting like we completely inconvenienced her by coming in to order food. When my 5 year old asked if the kids meal come with a toy she had to audacity to scoff at her. 100% will never eat at this location again.

Me and my fiance were passing through coming from Albuquerque to Lubbock and found this Arby’s to eat for fast food as the customer service was very great they greeted us when they came in what set it off the top was my fiance was going to order something but she was feeling under the weather and the cashier offered to pay for a sprite as i was already ordering one but just the gesture was nice

Served incorrect items bread was hard and stale ordered double meat and did not get that. Wh a t I got was dry meat and stale hard inedible pita. Location was closed early so I could not go in. Went back at a later date and explained what happened and worker in the drive thru did not care. I was returning to give the place a second chance but they didn’t care so I canceled my order and left.

The food was good enough for Arby’s but our to go order was missing the curly fries and one of the sandwiches was the wrong thing. The store was dirty, smelled odd and is in need of some repairs and maintenance.
