When you order your food at the drive thru, and ask for a specific item, and again ask for that same item at the window, just to find out that you did not receive what you asked for, but instead received something completely different, someone is not doing their job!
Maybe Management should have a staff meeting and emphasize the importance of getting every order correct.
I probably will not be going back to this Arby’s.

Stopped at Arby’s for a quick bite. They offer 2 sandwiches for $6. You can get the regular roast beef or chicken sandwich. We got one of each plus milkshakes. Food was food and so was service. Drive thru was quick.

I think my bun was at the end of its shelf life. Unfortunately its not recommended to ever send food back, so I ate it. I eat at Arby’s often, and the food is usually consistent.

Food came out fast and was fresh. Curly fries were nice and hot. Got the mint chocolate chip shake, and it was super delicious!! They got the entire order correct and didn’t have to ask for extra sauce or anything I hope that type of service continues and it doesn’t go down hill like a lot of the places here in Cruces.

Usually really great but sometimes employees must not really care. Today my Rubin was put together so haphazardly I was shocked. Meat piled high on one side, thin on the other side. Too much sauce soaked the bread to soggy stage in spots and very uneven sauerkraut. It probably would’ve take 30 or 40 seconds longer to be more conscientious. And it wasn’t busy so it’s not like they were in a rush I just felt it was careless and inconsiderate of the Customer.

Im used to sub par fast food, but when I get home from this location, and my small curly is half full with a husk of an hour old fry in it, thats sub-sub par. It doesn’t matter if i’m there 10 minutes before close,(i’ve worked food industry) im paying for food and expect all of it ♂️

10 out of 10 the atmosphere the people the really nice staff and the extremely nice polite respectful wonderful ladies from the drive through have extraordinary customer service skills. Never have they let me go hungry. Always left full from Arby’s. Polite customer service oriented Knowledgeable woman and gentlemen. Can’t ask for anything more but please give them a rise!

Bunch of grown men waiting around for a woman to get off her break and come do their jobs for them. Also the sauce dispensers were so dirty they were separating and full of fruit flies.
