Forgot the marinara for mozz. sticks, food was pretty fresh. Guy was nice, but was weird they took my order then were confused who I was when I pulled to the window. Overall good experience, just a little strange

Our sandwiches were delicious!! The only problem was both of our fries were cold and some were burnt. The restaurant tables were filthy and we had to wipe off our table with napkins. The restaurant was so busy we didn’t have the time to call it to their attention. Disappointing!!

It’s almost 5 on a Sunday afternoon and this place only has one other person here. Most all of the tables need wiped down. There is a smell in here not sure what it is. The chairs need wiped down and the lobby floor is sticky. And Jose is leaning against the counter talking not working. There is plenty to be done. My husband ordered the 9 piece boneless wings with fries and they dumped the fries on top of the wings, which didn’t look very appealing. It also makes you wonder how fresh everything is when your order is served in 2 minutes.
This place needs to get their act together so people will want to eat there.

Ordered 4 roast beef sandwiches. 1 tasted funny. After turning it over, I lost my appetite after seeing the picture below. I’m not sure if this was mold or something else. The other issue is that I was told you only get 1 package of sauce. If you use horsey sauce and arby sauce, you have to ask for each one, or they only give you 1 sauce per sandwich. This is their store policy.

Great location employees were so kind. I got myself a slider while waiting for my truck nextdoor to be done. While sitting in shade with my dog a wonderful kind employee came out and gave my dog her own sandwich just out of kindness. Being new to the areas this was very welcoming. I must admit I was a little touched that someone else cares about animals as much as I do. Keep up the great work we will definitely be coming back!!!!

I’ve only ordered mozzarella sticks and fries at this location. I always have to wait for the Mozzy sticks but that’s okay with me because they’re always hot and fresh…unlike the curly fries which were limp and tepid. The crinkle fries have been decent.

We got a Brisket sandwich and a Turkey Club, curly fries and iced tea. The tea was good and fresh. The Brisket sandwich was fine. The curly fries were on the cold side. The Turkey Club was very good. We usually like to eat at Arby’s, it is one of our common places that we eat.

I used to really love the food here. Unfortunately with excessive unchecked greed-flation, if it’s not on sale, I’m not buying it. Just not worth what they charge.
The store appeared clean, well maintained and free of any noticeable issues.
I found the front counter staff to be moderately rude, unfriendly and disingenuous, he made it very clear that my presence was an annoyance to him. I would have gladly settled for welcomed customer since valued guest was obviously out of the question.
Sandwiches were served hot, fresh and delicious as ordered.
Extremely grateful for the return of the potato cakes.
