I am reluctant to post negative reviews, however, when experiences are sufficiently disappointing, I feel a responsibility to share my perspective with others, and therefore, I believe it is necessary to share my experience today.
I placed an order for two regular roast beef combo meals. It was 3:30pm and things were pretty slow. After completing my order, I proceeded to fill my drink cups, at which point I noticed that lids of the appropriate size were unavailable. I promptly returned to the counter and informed the staff of the shortage, and they advised me that they were out of lids and that I would need to utilize a shake lid, which features a large hole at the top.
After a considerable wait, during which my sandwiches sat for an extended period, I finally received my order. Unfortunately, the fries provided were clearly stale. I returned to the counter, showed them the fries, and was instructed to discard them and await freshly cooked ones. I closely monitored the preparation process to ensure I received fresh fries. However, the fries I received were re-cooked old fries, resulting in shriveled, greasy, and overcooked fries. Having already waited for an excessive amount of time, I decided not to raise the issue further, as I had already spent too much time at the establishment.
I sampled a couple of fries and determined that they were not palatable, so I discarded them and turned my attention to my sandwich. The sandwich was cold, which raised concerns about the safety of the product. The meat was bland yet salty and had a watered-down flavor, suggestive of being steamed for an extended period.
They did not provide me with a receipt, which prevented me from completing a survey on their website. Needless to say, my experience fell significantly short of my expectations, and I do not plan to return, given that this was my third consecutive disappointing experience.

Stopped at this Arby’s located within the Love’s Service Station on route to the Grand Canyon North Rim. Clean. Fast friendly service. Yummy sandwiches. I had a classic roast beef with cheddar and my wife had a huge turkey deli sandwich. Good experience.

Excellent Food, as one would expect. However EXTRAORDINARY Service by the young man who deserves to be promoted, named Riley. I come to Arby’s because I expect Quality Food. Sadly, in my neck of the woods, although the food is great, the service is lacking. Riley should be training Arby’s Employees Nation Wide, as his service and dedication to his work, far surpasses his age, which is quite young, however his Birthday IS next month. Anyway, keep up the exemplary work, Riley… YOU are going places, kiddo!!

This Arby’s was initially one with a good experience. The food was fresh and hot. HOWEVER, my partner got halfway through his fry when we noticed HAIR, significant HAIR in our food. I also noted that the person who took our order just punched in second before taking our order. It’s due to this that we will no longer stop at the Arby’s when passing through. It’s unacceptable and simply sickening. If you zoom in on the photo, you can see the hair.

Me and my husband just moved from Upper Michigan to San Diego California couple weeks ago and stopped at a few different loves between here and there every single one of them was beautiful it was clean they had a dog park there was truck stop it showers and laundry and friendly service good food it’s just amazing atmosphere highly recommend it
