I never go here. Thought id give it a chance once again after a year. They didn’t add any of the ingredients to the Italian except the meat and sauce. So I just proved to myself that im still not missing much. Way to pricey and fries where colder. Im so glad wendys is across the street. Though their not amazing either, but their reliable. Unlike McDonald’s or arbys. Your gonna get your toppings over there. So dissapointed.

Ordered a cheesy bacon burger with just cheese and bacon on it from door dash. It came loaded with everything on it. No big deal I went back and ordered another one through the drive through, plain with nothing on it. Got home and they screwed up again. I am usually understanding and patient but that is pretty ridiculous.

My husband and I used a BOGO coupon to get two chicken sandwiches. A manager had to put in the coupon and it added a beef n’ cheddar sandwich that we did not ask for.
The employee removed the beef sandwich but said we couldn’t use the BOGO coupon for the chicken sandwiches.
I looked at the coupon after we had ordered the chicken sandwiches, and chicken sandwiches were an option for the Bogo coupon. My husband ordered a chicken cordon Bleu sandwich and got a chicken bacon Swiss sandwich and it wasn’t warm at all.
When the manager had made the beef n’ cheddar sandwich and realized we weren’t getting it he made the comment, “what a waste” and proceeded to complain about the order to the other workers; while glancing at me.
We have had continued problems with this restaurant while ordering inside but thought it would be best to do so with the coupons we had. They also only gave us 7 of the 8 jalapeño bites that we ordered.

The lady with a mask and two different colored hair is awful. She’s rude and feisty with customers and employees. I believe she was a manager. We order d food through the drive thru and got very feisty with us when we politely declined to pull forward especially when there were no other cars behind us. We watched an employee walk in and she immediately scolded him in an area where both the lobby and drive thru could witness. When we got our food my beef n cheddar had no cheddar on it and they didn’t include the sauces we requested. The food also did not come out fast at all.

The food is usually just the way you order. Occasionally, I’ve had cold fries or an item was missing, but they fix the issue promptly.

The Arby’s app never works at the Ephriam store. So I oder across the street at Wendy’s every time it doesn’t work. My son works in Ephriam so I order online for pick but its always down.

I have tried many times to give this place a chance and they screw up orders or have unimaginable wait times constantly. The first two times we were there our chicken was completely raw in the middle, one of these times my 4 year old ate half of her meal before I knew. Both times I called to let them know and they never offer any kind of refund or reimbursement meal, they just say ok thanks for letting us know. Today we waited the usual wait time in the drive through I had to go in due to them forgetting utensils and sauces (no biggie) but I got halfway out of ephraim and realized my sandwich didn’t even have the meat on it… needless to say, our family won’t be back.

Grumpy manager scolded enployees in front of customers. There was nobody ordering, but it took 5 minutes for anybody to acknowledge our presence. Food was good. They need blinds for the west windows as all but 2 seats were in the heat of the sun.
