I would rate this lower but it won’t let me. There food is usually ok but when you are charged a 1.00 for a cup of cheese & they only fill it half full it is not ok. A side of cheese should not be that much you know, darn well it did not cost that much for the bag of cheese & yet they make people pay a 1.00 for each small cup of cheese & you don’t even get the whole cup of cheese. Restaurants & fast food places need to make a change. & stop ripping us off.

I’ve been coming to this location for years and I wanna say they’ve always been pleasant to me and majority of the time the food always comes out warm and fresh (a few moments of old fries which some times happens at fast food places) and I normally don’t have to wait too long!
I feel bad knocking a star off for this location mostly only because recently I’ve been always missing some sauces I ask/order for each time I’ve ordered and this time today was kinda sad normally it doesnt bother me too much when its the free sauces. But Since I had a rough day at work I decided to cheat and cheer myself up with their new sweet pulled pork sandwich I even ordered 3 extra sweet sauce packets and a side of cheese, but when I opened my bag at work there was no sauce packets and just a SMALLEST amount of cheese in the container… normally I wouldn’t complain about this but I mean that cheese costed $1 as well as I paid extra for those sweet sauces packets AND there wasn’t any sauce even on the sandwich????? So basically a plain pulled pork sandwich very minimal flavor. But I will also mention that at least the pulled pork was juicy and soft and not hard and chewy like alot of other places! Other than that the rest of the food is always yummy! 🙂

I pulled forward and waited 15+ minutes just to receive soggy fries. I also don’t think you can call them curly fries if 90% of the box is comprised of broken crescent shapes. At least the French dip was decent.

Good food, great people. Only complaint is some customers don’t know how to treat the staff and it brings a very unenjoyable experience, not the locations fault however!

Very unpleasant visit. The Indian woman there this evening sitting at the tables yelling at staff (hopefully not a manger) seemed to be a staff meeting they were holding in the lobby. Very unprofessional. Won’t be coming back.

Don’t get the Mac cheese bowl it’s a rip off for 10 dollars it’s not worth it they barely give you any steak or mac and cheese you’re better off going to McDonald’s or Wendy’s somewhere and getting a $5 biggie bag

Stopped after work at this Arby’s after the one up on 4700 so. Closed with me in line… this Arby’s was very polite and even told us there would be a slight wait for potatoes cake… the other store could learn alot from the nice people at this location

My wife and i enter this location around 8pm on 4/22/2025 and the we spotted an employer in the back kitchen walking away. We took our time and decided what we wanted to order. After 15 minutes we had not been greeted and began calling out for service, after another 10 minutes an employee came to the front and said that she did not know how to use the POS and that her coworker had disappeared and basically told us to leave. We have visited this location many time with great food and service but because of this incident we will not be coming back.

I ordered at the speaker and was met by a very nice young man at the window. My cost was 25.30 and I only had bigger bills so I gave him 2 -20 dollar bills and 35 cents. He then came back to the window with two shakes and closed the window. I got distracted talking to my husband and did not realize that the young man did not give me back my change of 15 dollars and 5 cents when he came back and handed me my food,
nor did he put a receipt in the bag. All I have is the paper on my special order for my fish sandwich. Which has the time of 8:16:57 pm and the name Diego as my server. Unfortunately, they did not answer their phone when I called afterwards and I didn’t have time to go back. So it’s my loss and my fault for not paying attention nor could I prove anything without a receipt. I am just highly disappointed with the whole issue. However, I do want to say that all the years I have been coming here I can’t say I’ve ever had any issues. Servers have always been very pleasant as well. I guess this was just one of those “dang it” moments.
