It took me 15 minutes to get my food going through the drive. I had to sit and wait in a parking stall for them to bring out my food. I saw inside and they had no customers It was me and one other person in the drive-thru. How does it take that long to prepare food. Minnesota fountain is always watery they don’t keep any syrup in any of their sodas.

Decent location for fast food. I’ve been in the past and gotten food and it was pretty good. Arby’s is one of the least consistent chains I’ve tried between locations. Some locations are great and others are terrible. This one seems to be middle of the road, but I have yet to have a bad experience.
On my most recent visit, I only got an orange cream shake. It was delicious. The service was quick and the employees were friendly.

Just ordered 2 french dips and crinkle cut fries with cheese sauce. The bread was so hard I could knock it on the table. The “thin sliced” roast beef was a 1/4 inch thick and also rock hard. I couldn’t even bite through it. The fries weren’t even close to warm and they didn’t give me any cheese sauce but I still paid for it. Tried calling about 4 times with no answer. Total waste of money. I hope I don’t get sick from the few bites I did get…

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich. When I got home and opened it there was meat stuck to the bun like it had been sat on a messy counter. The meat was also mostly chunks of the end of a roast. They were dry, hard, and unedible. There was no one else in line or in the store so I don’t know why my order looked like it was made of leftovers. The fries were barely warm and tasted stale and there was no dipping sauce for the Mozzarella sticks. Very disappointed.
