Wow! I love Arby’s and often ring the bell, but this Arby’s in Sandy is off the charts in customer service, rapid service, and delicious food. The nuggets are great and tasted better here. The best part was that awesome employee behind the counter. Very gracious, eager to serve. I hope he gets recognized because he made the experience extra impressive. A thank you from an Arby’s fan!

As far as Arby’s go this one is pretty good. The food hit the spot and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
There is plenty of parking.
The restrooms require a code to use and are only for paying customers. This is likely due to the number of homeless folks in the area. It’s not particularly a bad area, but not exactly the best area either. I only saw one bullet hole in the window.
The restaurant itself was clean and well maintained. We went for lunch around 2pm and it wasn’t busy at all. We were the only people there.
The restrooms were clean, but there was definitely a moldy mildew/musty smell permeating the area.
I don’t go to Arby’s for anything other than the food and that was as good as always. Overall a good experience.

This is the best arby’s I’ve been to frankly. The service is always incredibly fast and the staff amicable it’s also always incredibly clean. Despite being annoying and placing an order then immediately pulling into the drive through to pick it up, they still were incredibly kind and I had my food the moment I got to the window.

The food was exceptional, the service was fast, the sandwich was a little sloppy but that might just be how the promotional good burger 2 is. It’s better than a big Mac, but I still love their roast beef so much more than this delightful burger could hope to achieve even with 50% waygu beef.

Have to say there steak bites are good five star, More flavor and more tender than certain steakhouses I’ve been to. but the rest of food is not as good as it used to be, especially there roast beef has lost quality.

About what you’d expect from a fast food restaurant. Hit or miss. I’ve not gone to this Arby’s often enough, but the times I have gone I’ve been satisfied. However one of them kids meals came with a rhyme book that was fun to freestyle to. Of course if the prices were more reasonable given the economic condition. Also if the workers stood out more I’d do 5 stars but 3 because I’m not mad lol

This location provided the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced as a customer. The cashier was incompetent and rude. I’ve really never seen that before. I asked her questions she couldn’t answer then she snapped at me about it. Her responses were inappropriate and weird.
Plus, the manager was yelling at her crew about not working as she was texting gibberish while sitting in a chair.
Also, the crew stood around a lot and the restaurant was messy.
All I wanted was adequate service. Not to much to ask.
Hope they change because I like Arby’s.
