The girl taking my order was very sassy and rude. I asked for a sandwich, side, and drink and she said in a mean tone, “So in a meal…” I apologized and she said nothing. She asked if it was to stay or to go and I said, “Here.” She corrected me and said, “To stay.” When I asked if they had tap on the machine for my card she pointed where in an exasperated way. I’ve been here before and have had good service so I know it’s not standard for this location, but if I were coming here for the first time I wouldn’t return. The person taking your order sets the tone of the restaurant and should have better customer service skills.

I have been coming for my DoorDash picks up it seems every time I come in there’s no car or ppl inside. I hate waiting for the food I’m a door dash delivery and I don’t have the precocious moment I have a family to take care and watch over them. I would like to talk with the manger because this is ridiculous waiting.
When the app says should be ready at this time it should ready I know sometimes is busy but this place isn’t busy. From 9:40 pm to 9:47 pm thats 7 mins waiting.

This location is easy to access right off of State Street. The staff was friendly and the food was good. I was impressed that they have Coke Zero on tap! I am a big fan of the Market Fresh sandwiches as they never disappoint. My only reason for not giving all five stars is that it could have been a lot cleaner. I had to wait for a table to be wiped off as none of them were clean. The floor was also in dire need of a good sweeping. Otherwise, great lunch stop!

I didn’t realize how important it is for the beef to be sliced wafer thin. Unfortunately, the order was to go, so we didn’t realize this until we were home, but the roast beef was cut so thick, it surprisingly affected the taste in a really bad way. I couldn’t even finish the sandwich. The bread was also soggy because of it. Hopefully, this is a one-off and Arby’s didn’t change their flagship product.

I’m not sure who was on shift tonight but they all deserve raises!!! I placed an order on DoorDash for this location. I added to my notes to please make sure there was sauce in the bag because I’m 7 months pregnant and would literally cry if I didn’t get any sauce..lol hormones..anyways. Not only did they make sure I had plenty of sauce but they also wrote me a sweet note. THANK YOU NORTH OREM ARBY’S!! You guys are amazing!!

This is an actual Buffalo chicken “slider”(the apple is for size reference only)… I kid you not, it is 2 bites. I bought this because they run out of “Roast beef” on a Friday night… Arby’s out of Roast Beef!… imagine that!
