The food was pretty good. I’m a huge fan of the French dip sandwich. I also don’t believe anyone can compete with Arby’s mozzarella sticks, but I’m open to being proved wrong. Mine did look like they had been man-handled, but they tasted great even if the presentation was off. If you can get an apple turnover when it’s warm, it’s well worth the calories.

The service was fine, but it’s definitely a “colder” place. The biggest bummer was they forgot to give me my apple turnover after I had double checked on it. I can’t fully describe to you the well of sadness that filled my soul returning home realizing there was no delicious warm turnover to fill my belly with joy and trans fats. The fail will haunt my memories until I once again enjoy the embrace of the sweet apple goop on my taste buds. The location is very clean. I need to give props to how clean it was maintained. If the quality check on the food and giving of said food matched the cleanliness, this would be a five-star location for sure.

Overall, the pain of the missed turnover may be too much for my heart to bear for a future visit, and I’ll pick somewhere else to eat when I’m in the area.

Apparently they don’t do chicken anymore. Their “temporarily” out of stock sign has been up for months. Curly fries should be called soggy fries, 1 of them was curly and everything else is just burnt ends. I can remember when they used to actually toast their buns, now they just dip them in grease. They literally don’t even try anymore. Blows my mind how anybody can eat this

I usually rate a fast food place at a four but the employee working the late shift tonight was incredible. He made a little mistake and owned up to it before I could even make the request. He took care of me, and my late dinner in the car was great. I love the potato cakes. Service was their forte tonight. I’m sorry that I did not get his name.

I haven’t been to Arby’s in years, and I’ve been missing out! I ordered the smokehouse brisket sandwich with a jalapeno roast beef slider, and they were both super good . I used the deal to get a free sandwich with any purchase, so the sandwich and the slider together were only $2.15 with tax

Update:
Just came again today, and it’s still great! I got the half pound beef and cheddar with a buffalo chicken slider using the deal to get a free sandwich with any purchase . The sandwich and the slider were still just $2.15 with the deal, so very affordable

Every. Single. Part of my order was wrong. I repeated my order 3 times and they said it back, yet when I got home they still messed it up. Then the receipt said that they charged for a double but the sandwich was definitely not that. Not happy. The drinks didn’t even have ice.

If I could give 0 or negative stars I would. We were understanding when the drive through cashier told us that it would be 10 minutes before they would have more roast beef for our order. That was fine. However, we ended up stuck in the drive through between other cars for nearly an hour – not an exaggeration. It’s designed so that you can’t get out of it any other way than through it after a certain point.

When we arrived at the window, we were pretty frustrated because we were now going to be late for a concert we were heading to. We weren’t rude or inkind, but we did ask him why he had told us 10 minutes and then it had been nearly and hour. We explained that it caused us to be stuck and now we were going to be late for our concert. He just looked at us blankly and very curtly said, “We ran out of roast beef. It will be out in a minute.” And then he shut the window. We watched him walk over to the warming area and grab our daughter’s sandwich and put it in a bag (my hubby and I had already grabbed Chick-fil-A for ourselves), and then he disappeared into the back with the bag for another 5 minutes before coming back with it. He filled the drink and then opened the window and handed everything to my husband without saying a word and shut the window again.

We were very annoyed at the lack of customer service on top of the ordeal we had already just endured.

We are compassionate and reasonable people, and we may have retained more empathy for the situation had there been any regard at all for the experience we were having, AND if we hadn’t observed 4 other employees just standing around during our time at the window. There was zero sense of urgency inside of there and no concern for the customer experience or the fact we and several other customers had been stuck there for so long. It was unbelievable. We generally like Arby’s, but this franchise location appears to be extremely poorly managed.

Thanks for making my fries fresh I go to other locations and it seems like they don’t bother giving my pregnant wife crispy fries and she almost cried about it once so I really appreciate it

They took my large order with no confusion. Manager was training and did a great job. Our food was fresh and delicious.

If you ever go through the drive through at this location, expect it to take a long while. The food is alright but not worth it for the amount of time having to wait for my order.
