I don’t know who was slapping that meat on my buns, but they slapped it so good. Them buns was stuffed with delicious meat and fixings and dang it all, I was one happy Arby’s patron. Don’t forget to grab some horsey and arby sauce and maybe a cuppa cheddar.

Today 2/20/2026 at 12:50pm , I went thru drive thru to order the $7.99 meal box that is advertised on the windows and when I pull up to drive thru the lady who was was taking orders started talking right away and she didn’t give me a chance to look at the menu, so then I told her I wanted to try the $7.99 chicken menu and right away she said they are out of stock and then she said in a rude way “ Can’t you see it says on the menu of out stock”. She was so rude the whole time I ordered. That lady shouldn’t be taking orders if she’s going to be rude to customers drive thru.

It’s fast food, so temper your expectations. But the service here was fast, friendly, and professional. Very clean dining room. The food was hot and fresh. You could tell it was made with care and not just thrown together.

Food was cold kept finding hair in food and when I called the store to get it resolved I was hung up on several times by the evening manager or Shift Lead and was told that the overseeing manager’s name was Amanda so I will be contacting Amanda at a later date to get a resolution to this problem. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. ( yes I put our food on plates because I have a child who hates to have their food touching.)

I used to go to Arby’s as a kid. Only roast beef. Man, these days they have a whole new menu! My daughter is pretty sure she came up with the chicken burrito. They had run out of the beef to put in it. She asked if they could substitute chicken. Next week there it was on the menu! I had Gyro. Who would have thought you could get. Gyro at Arby’s?It was surprisingly good. I would definitely come back again.

Ordered fairly quick and food came out fast as well. Service was great and employee was friendly. Definitely added a little joy to my day instead of them just taking the card and not talking. Curly fries could have been a bit warmer but the burger was great!

You would think you’d get fresh crinkle cut fries when you pull up and see a line in the drive thru,, but of course not. Half of the fries in my combo meal were all cold and hard. You can’t even drop a basket of fries and you want $18+ an hour,,, just quit you’re all pathetic and lazy!!!

I used to love this as my late night snack location, but we go backward here in bosie, so now they close up earlier in the sumer hours shame shame.
Always looked past the not so great treatment from the closing staff because it was late except one young female she was always a rock star even made a point to rember my name but the rest have the I don’t want to be here look all over them and the Attitude to follow.
