The girl at the window was quiet and then rude when we got to the window not knowing what she said when we asked how much she said i told you 3xs we asked for extra sauce and she acted like we asked for free food. We’ve been here before and they’ve ran out of meat and gave our order to someone else. It’s a mess here and not a hot one.

This is an Arby’s. That should tell you most of what you need to know. It’s meat-forward fast food at a reasonable price. The service at this location is usually great, though. I have a coworker who comes here often and they greet him by name and take care in preparing our orders. Have yet to have an issue.

Food and staff were great. Parking lot is way too small for the location, spots hardly have enough room for the cars. It’s also a nightmare to try to get out of if there’s any kind of traffic.

We stopped in at 8:30 not a single other customer there. We stood at the empty front counter for several minutes and said hello several times but no one helped us. I finally could see a kid sitting in the back with his head down on his phone. My husband finally banged on the counter and the kid looked up at us and I asked if we could order. He went to the back said “I need some help” and a girl came from the back who was actually working washing dishes and such. She seemed to be the only one helpful. She took our order both front machines wouldn’t take money she tried to get the manager to help then said she doesn’t know where he is so she rang us up a 3rd time at the drive-thru then had to take my phone there to pay. In the meantime the first kid had made our sandwiches but no fries had been put down or anything. By the time we did get our food our sandwiches were cold. Another couple came in and stood there for a few but eventually walked out without getting. Eventually what appeared to be the manager finally came in from outside, put his headset on the counter, and then went into the bathroom where he stayed for quite awhile. He finally came out when a bus load of kids came in.
To be clear the girl was trying she was running both front, drive through, and doing fries. Plus she wa cleaning in between. The one cook however was just sitting playing on his phone and the manager

Manager doesn’t keep food in stock I’ve tried to order the gobler sandwich 6 times and it’s not been available because there’s no turkey. Why offer something you can’t seem to keep in stock. Maybe you should order more turkey so you can have it in stock for the customer

Roast beef was dried out and sandwiches were just thrown together very messy and haphazard. Some had two bottom buns others had two top buns there was more sauce on b the wrappers of the sandwiches then on the actual sandwich.

Alexis is great!! Her attitude is contagious. She definitely isn’t your typical employee. Her attitude and customer service makes you want to come back, and you can tell she cares about the service she provides. If you’re looking for a quick bite without attitude, and your order correct the first time then hit the drive thru and she’ll get you taken care of

I have never done this before but I have to say this was the worst experience I have ever had in a fast food place. I get we get busy and trying to keep up with pressure is hard, I had to come back 2 times to have my order fixed and the person who had to fix my order made it worse. I’m pretty sure there is no BBQ sauce on a beef and cheddar. I’m not trying to be a Karen I understand but I have fixed things so I can ensure you’ll come back and the opposite happened here! As a side note my original order was NO BBQ!
