Lady working drive thru didn’t listen to my order and forgot item I paid for and did not customize my order like requested for dietary restriction and so by the time I was back on the freeway heading back to Utah it was to late to go back and tell them they screwed up it’s very frustrating!
Due to the service provided and them not listening to the order and messing it up in a big way I gave 1 star.

The food here is okay during the day, but night shift is terrible, especially through door dash. 5+ orders accepted 1-2 hours before close that were never made and was never notified so I could place an order through a store that honors their food service delivery contracts. The orders I have received were terrible quality, with roughly 50% of hot items being inedible. During the day the food is decent, just extremely long wait-times and high rate of mix-ups compared to other places in town, and if not for the regularly occurring and EXTREMELY frustrating lack of reliability, quality, and professionalism I’ve encountered using Diordash/Uber Eats or going in the evening I’d likely rate this location as a 3½/5. Still have almost $100 im trying to get refunded, and I’m just glad that I’m lucky enough to be in a place where that doesn’t cause extreme financial duress.

This place is great. We stopped here on a road trip, and the food was great. We got the 4 for 10 roast beef sandwich deal, and it was delicious. Very cheap and the staff is great. It’s also very clean!

I was sitting at a table eating when I overheard an employee behind the counter on a phone call he was greasy in the face, and almost soggy. His name tag read Donavan. His voice carried across the dining area—slightly feminine in tone and impossible to ignore.
He was talking about a fake review, explaining that the person on the other end had used AI to generate it instead of writing it themselves. At one point he paused and said plainly, “I don’t understand Australian.” It was strange, because the voice on the phone sounded like normal English, just accented. He didn’t sound confused so much as dismissive, like that explained everything.
He kept insisting the review was not about him
“That was Chad,” he said more than once, as if correcting a clerical error. Then, after a short silence, he added quietly but with certainty: “Donavan never existed.” He stated he made up Donavan.
When the call ended, he lowered the phone, glanced around the room, and said, almost casually, “It was him again. The Donny Khan guy—calling us again after leaving that AI review.”

Ok this is a guilty pleasure for me. I don’t have an Arby’s where I live and I don’t know why but I absolutely love the plane roast beef sandwich. So is it a real 5 star probably not but critics be dammed in this case.

To update my review- the food is getting a little better and the cistoner service is a little better too. When we went here the other day we spent 30$ between 2 of us and they stacked it into one bag, and my husband went to get out of the car at home and the bottom of the bag fell out and all the food was all over his lap! I was able to call the manager and she did replace my food that was in the bag only. So the soad my husband crunched while trying to catch the bag was a loss but oh well. The second bag almost did the same thing!! I found the issue to be the french dip meat had been slopped onto the sandwich and was put into the bottom of the bag and then tge moisture ruined the bottom of the bag. But I was very happy they replaced it
