And the winter some fast food restaurants are cold inside but this place has a fireplace and it’s very nice and cozy and the food is awesome and the price is right. I had a regular hamburger and it was awesome and so much cheaper than some of the restaurants charging $18.
The staff are polite and courteous and made you feel welcome. You can sit by the window and watch the traffic. Go by as you enjoy your meal or sit by the fireplace.

We were driving cross country from FL to WA with some fun stops along the way. We happened to be near this Arby’s at dinner time and stopped by to pick up food to eat in the car. We were greeted by a super friendly lady who took our order quickly and read it back to us accurately. Pulled to the window and paid the same lady. She then handed out or drinks and food very quickly.
I ordered a turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich with curly fries and a coke. I had never had this sandwich before and I was shocked at the quality of it! Crisp romaine lettuce, fresh tomatoes, sliced onions, with hearty portions of thick sliced bacon and plentiful sliced turkey. There was a mayo based sauce that added nice flavor to the sandwich.
My daughter had the roast beef gyro and gobbled it down before I could get a picture! Fresh toppings and plentiful amounts of meet were spilling out of the warmed pita bread.
I am shocked by the negative review of this Arby’s, our experience here was very, very pleasant.

Went through the drive thru, and Isaiah was so nice…very full of energy (mind you I ordered all chicken and fish right before closing) he didn’t care, and was just NICE…good help is hard to find and usually the rest of the staff there is not as polite as him; so props to you Isaiah for being a nice human!

Great speedy service for lunch, and they’re open late into the night for a late night snack or dinner for the family. This Arby’s has a great Crew food is always made fast and well. The gentleman in the evenings and the woman during the lunch rush are friendly.

Absolutely terrible situation just happened while we were here at the Sheridan Arby’s. My wife and I are from Montana so we come to Sheridan usually once or twice a week to grab a bite to eat. Our favorite quick bite is Arby’s, today we had about a 30 dollar order and I asked for a large ice water. The cashier rudely explained to us that they did not give large ice waters. I asked why not and since it was such a problem could she please charge us for a large soda and just make it an ice water. She rudely declined and insisted that we go somewhere else if we wanted a large ice water. Whoever the general manager is at this location needs to deeply look into the actions displayed by this worker, a heavy set female with dark hair. We were so disgusted by the way she treated us we left without receiving our order. Left a very bad taste in our mouths and we will not be returning. If the cashier ever reads this review, please do better. As a business owner, that is not how you treat customers. 1/21/25

Fries tasted like they were under the heat lamp for a long time. Said I couldn’t order a side of meat, had to pay for a sandwich, hold everything but the meat. I order it as a side by the ounce without problems at others. Not sure if it was true but didn’t seem willing to even ask.

Went to the drive through, it was fast and efficient. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and fries. The burger was cooked perfectly. The crinkle cut fries were delicious. It was very corporate good!!

Today we stop through and used the app to place an order. We got there several minutes early than the expected time for our food to be done so we went through the drive thru. We have NEVER had a problem using the app and going through the drive through. However when we got to the speaker we were told our order wasn’t done and I come inside to pick it up. When we tried to question why especially since the food isn’t done that it couldn’t be handed through us to the window another person got on the mic and rudely told us to come get it inside it will be done soon. We parked and went inside it was already cooled down and sitting on the self for pickup so clearly we were just lied to. Very disappointed, I suggest the app put in an option for drive thru pick up like many others have to avoid this, but there is no need for dishonesty or rudeness either.
