AVOID! Cold, Unsafe Food and Unclean Store Led to Food Poisoning.
We had a truly horrible experience here. We gave this location a couple of tries, but the quality never improved. On our last visit, our roast beef sandwiches were cold, tasted “off,” and we had to throw them away immediately. The store smelled bad, and the lobby tables and floor were noticeably dirty. Tragically, within an hour of our visit, my husband and I both developed food poisoning. The lack of cleanliness and food safety at this Arby’s location is unacceptable. We will not be returning and have lost all faith in this store. Arby’s, you just lost two customers!

Even though I ordered through DoorDash, one would think the food would be reasonably warm upon delivery. No. Bun was burnt, meat was all over the place, very, very sloppy. Fries were cold, hard, tasted burnt.

Disgusting…. the whole restaurant was gross. Not a clean table or floor in the place. Employees were too busy on their phones behind the counter to help. All the napkins were out. The meat was cold on our sandwiches. Usually, Arby’s is great. This one sucked.

the general manager Tiffany was extremely rude for no reason. Also I came by again at 10:20 and they were closed even tho they’re supposed to be open till 11. Found out later the manager Tiffany didn’t follow the rules. If you want to support a place with okay food at best and an inappropriate and mean manager this place is for you. I’ve been here many times and it’s always been good. But this last time I went it took a long time to wait and the three sandwiches were not good, one order was completely wrong and whatever they did give me wasn’t edible. After four years I won’t be coming back unless they get a cook that cares about what they are putting out.

I was so excited that the potato cakes were back that my husband & I decided to stop. The cashier looked like she didn’t want to be there, we ordered and gave her our name. 35 minutes later we were still waiting for our food, my husband went to the counter 3 times but they got all the drive thru orders and some other orders that were ordered after us. My husband asked to talk to the manager, the manager looked like she was going to laugh at us, and she could care less if we got our food. All the employees looked like they were on something except an older man who was working and doing his best to please the customers. If you don’t want your store to close you need to hire a different kind of manager who makes sure it’s 1st come 1st serve!! There were only 2 of us so it wasn’t a big order. We ended up getting our money back. And going somewhere else. Your reviews are horrible. Wish I would have read them before we wasted our time!!

The roast beef was dry and they had to remake our potato cakes because they were still frozen on the inside. I would definitely not recommend eating here.
