This place is DISGUSTING. Ordered through the app, came to pick up our order and were told they are out of roast beef, half the order were beef and cheddars. My husband told her to just cancel it (not knowing I had already paid through the app) so I had to go in, the girl is visibly agitated and doesn’t even acknowledge I’m standing there, kicks an oil bottle across the kitchen floor and then kicks a plastic lid across the floor as well, finally a guy comes out from the back and asks if I’ve been helped, I said no and explained to him that my order was placed through the app and if they don’t have beef they can just do ham and Swiss, he said no problem. The girl tells him “well she can wait and be last now, they said they wanted to cancel.” So I said is that why she is kicking things across the floor at me? He says “i don’t know she’s just in a bad mood.” I asked how it works to just cancel the order and get my money back. She tells me that they can’t cancel anything it has to be through the app. So I leave without our order not only because of this but because of how DISGUSTING the restaurant was. And let me tell you, I’ve worked fast food in the past and I have never in my life seen employees just throw the trash on the floor instead of a TRASH CAN. And she is preparing food in filthy street clothes and her hair hanging over people’s food. thankfully we dodged a bullet and I just want my money back. We ended up having to go spend DOUBLE the money to get dinner elsewhere.

I was ignored at the counter when I came in. But I starving, so I ordered. Drink machine had no ice. 2 soda selections were out. Staff did not seem like they knew where they were. No manager around. And above all this place was absolutely disgusting. Trash everywhere. Restrooms neglected.. Food was not up to par. Will never come here again.

Generally our experience here has been fairly good all the way around. Today however, I ordered through the app again, then went & picked up my to go oder. Sandwiches were fine, however potato cakes were really really bad – tasted like fish. Took them back to restaurant & shared experience with the two young ladies it appeared who were trying to help people. Response from one was, “they probably were in cooking with the fish”, and the other babbling something like “The oil recirculates & it was probably same oil fish had been cooked in”. With that i offered them back to which they both said they can’t take them back. I threw them away and that’s it! No apology, no offer to replace them, no offer of refund, simply was told to have a nice day. Obviously the people allegedly working there have ZERO idea of cross contamination & associated risks, not to mention no clue of what customer service is.

Front counter is towards the back of the store. Which throws you off at first. Then 3 of us stood in line for 20 min. With a worker with 6-8 ft of us. He never said a single word to us. Just kept making orders for the drive thru. The inside cashier finally came out of the bathroom. Never even apologized for the wait and acted like taking 3 orders in a row was a huge inconvience. Food was all room temperature

This is how their apple turnovers look. The first time I got one like this I didn’t say anything, but today was the final straw. I asked an employee for a different one with more frosting, and was told they didn’t have any because that’s how they all look. That it’s how “they’re supposed to look”

Every time I go there they have no idea what they’re even doing.Forgetting drinks, forgetting the bun for the sandwich, missing our fries, hamburger was still pink. Like come on! Get it together. Definitely a disappointment. Place has really gone down hill.

Josh, Josh, Nick and Shirley….you guys are amazing! Came in here during my visit back home from Puerto Rico… And they had a new sandwich called the Diablo! So I had to try it!!!! It was so good. But Shirley…it was full of HEAT! The caramel shake was perfect to offset it
