However, what sets this place apart is the customer service. The manager actually came around to check on each table to see how their dining experience was. I have never experienced that before at a fast food restaurant.
Great service!
The communication from the staff was lacking, contributing to a frustrating atmosphere. They seemed disinterested and failed to acknowledge waiting customers, which made the experience even more unpleasant. It’s disappointing to see professionals in a customer service role displaying such a lack of initiative and responsibility toward their job.
Overall, the attitude among the staff and the negative atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I genuinely hope that improvements can be made in both customer service and engagement for future visits.
*update went back almost a year later, ordered the Brisket sandwich, paid 8.19 for just the half pound sandwich, beyond disappointed had the amount of meat you would get in a normal sandwich literally the least amount.
Plenty of sauces to choose from. Tables are clean.
So, I grabbed two gyros, both Greek-style with one being “spicy”.
I didn’t know “spicy” meant Cholua hot sauce, or whatever brand they were using. I’d hoped it meant with jalapenos or chipotles or something.
It wasn’t bad, just not what I was expecting.
On the brighter side, I saw crinkle fries on the menu and ordered them up, preferring the texture and shape of crinkles over curly fries any day of the week. I’m not sure if it was the potatoes or the cooking, but they didn’t taste like they were cooked properly, however they were a still better than curly fries.
The employees I interacted with were extremely friendly and accommodating, so no complaints there. Restaurant was clean as well.
