John was a delight while taking our orders. Personable, funny guy. My mom’s order was ready so fast she didn’t even have her soda filled at the fountain before they called her name. They forgot my wife’s shake and upsized it as an extra apology. Best service I’ve had at a fast food restaurant in recent memory. Keep up the great work!

Love Arby’s have always gotten the roast beef for years. Today I thought I would try the bacon burger. Very dissatisfied it was practically raw. My fries were cold and the tea tasted like it was old.

We came in for dinner and April was so kind and conscientious of my food allergy. Im allergic to tomatoes and so many places dismiss this allergy. April alerted staff and they took it seriously. They changed their gloves and used a new knife to avoid cross contamination as well as made sure my sandwhich stayed on its wrapper. I can’t tell you how much peace of mind this gave to me. Thank you so much to everyone who we interacted with, you were great! We will definitely be coming back because I know I won’t worry about getting sick.

One thing I can say about this particular fast food chain in Alamosa is that you always get your food in less than 10 minutes 99% of the time. I had a Greek gyro combo with crinkle cut fries, and it was really good. The fries are always filled up instead of half bags like BK and McDonald’s. Staff is always courteous and friendly.

Arby’s is featuring it 2 for $7 sandwich package. However this price feature does not affect all restaurants at the same time, so we missed out. We bought two sandwiches anyway, to-go, and discovered that they are good cold also.
