This place is tops in all areas of hospitality, and I highly recommend this if you’re passing thru, or local, whichever you are, patronize this restaurant.
Elijah was super helpful our 1st stop before taking my son for an appointment and couldn’t eat prior, so my mom 81 yrs old and I enjoyed food as my son waited for our 2nd trip here.
Anyway, Elijah helped me on the app and is super friendly to everyone, and on our second trip about 1 hour later we interacted with the GM Sarah who also was super helpful, and apologetic about the extra well done cherry turnovers, but took care of us to compensate the mishap.
Cortina was also a great help with my senior mom, helping explain the after 8pm special, and inquiring about that deal in Lamar, Colorado which is 27 miles from my home town of Holly, Colorado.
The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the fountain area was also clean.
The only thing I could suggest is an upgrade to push button entry both front and rear entrances because it shows the handicap patronize just how much your business appreciates them, and it’s 2025, and the technology now allows customers to Google search restaurants who are accessible and most likely they’ll select convenience to dine out.

We had gone last night at 8:23pm just a simple order two Greek gyros with a large sprite. To start, the lady, Destiny, working the window was extremely rude. We place our order and pull to the window, she then opens the window and snatched the card from my husband’s hand. Normally I try to show compassion as I have also been in fast food but this was ridiculous. She comes back with our food and goes “HERE NOW HAVE A GOOD NIGHT”. Extremely unprofessional, don’t recommend especially with that harsh of an attitude no one wants to feel like an inconvenience.

I’m honestly really disappointed with this visit. We stood at the counter for over 10 minutes waiting to order while the male employee working the front counter tonight (2/19/26 7:15PM) wouldn’t stop talking instead of taking care of customers and taking orders. It felt unprofessional and frustrating just standing there being ignored.
When we finally placed our order, we clearly asked for only cheese on one fish sandwich. Somehow, that sandwich still ended up with tartar sauce on it. We didn’t realize until we got home, which made it even more frustrating because by that point there was nothing we could do.
It’s not that hard to follow a simple modification, especially after such a long wait. Between the excessive talking, the delay, and the incorrect order, this was just a really poor experience. I expect better service and attention to detail.

The only male staff on when we went to Arby’s when to the bathroom at the same time I did but didn’t wash his hands. He went right back into the kitchen and started working again. Will not go back to this Arby’s again.

There needs to be an option for NO stars. I am nottttt picky. I’m not pretentious. I’m kind to all service industry. Very kind. So I order my food and get back to my hotel room. I ordered the Greek gyro. Got to my room and it was something else. Pictures below. I drove back to the store and she was kind to start. She brought out another bag, handed it to me, rolled her eyes and acted snotty. So I asked her if she rolled her eyes, I said “the mixup wasn’t my error, why the eye roll?” She said “I didn’t roll my eyes” again… snotty. I said “that’s ok, I’ll be calling”. She said “fine, call” Anyone that reads my reviews knows how absolutely fair I am. Out of all Pueblo, I chose your store for my lunch … and I get treated like this for your error? I wasn’t ugly, I just wanted what I ordered. I didn’t drive up with an attitude. I was very gracious until the eye roll and snotty attitude. The gyro she brought out looks like it was thrown against a wall. Picture of the “sandwich” that I was given in error and then the gyro I got after I went back. Really?
