You got to be kidding me you’re large milkshake turned into your small milkshake that is a drastic change this is not okay. My large curly fries is now your medium curly fries I’m still paying the same for a lot less I am not happy. Got 2 number 1 large with crinkle fries. First we got no straws and the fries omg were degusting they tasted like the had been sitting there since yesterday they were so bad my dogs won’t even eat them. This was 9 at night and they weren’t busy at all. So no excuse why the fries were that gross. And the employees should of known better. But the cheddar roast beef was good.

Drive thru is slow. I don’t know if it is them being short staff,lazy or both. It’s uncalled for when most orders are placed online and are already prepared. It is pure laziness on the staff.

Went through drive lastnite and rudest place. Employee with orange hair and drawn on eyebrows female. Manager on duty was Sam and asked for girls name but she wouldn’t give. But cmon guys let’s be more professional about our work and remember the customer is always right!

The fastest Arby’s in the planet. I dont know what kind of sorcery they have going on but the food came up moments after ordering. Very friendly staff too. Fast jobs are rough so its nice to see some smiles. Great job guys!

I don’t mind coming here because of the food, but people are constantly getting harassed by homeless people that hangout next to the dumpster right before you order at the drive thru is irritating. I just want to get food without a guilt trip.
