Went to Arby’s at 5870 Stetson Hills Blvd near King Soopers. Been there three other times with a paper Arby’s coupon or a digital Arbys App deal. The management at this restaurant refuses to honor any Arby’s coupons or digital app deals. Just tried the “Big Game 4 for $10” digital app deal tonight. Their response?
“We’re one of the busier stores, so we don’t honor Arby’s deals.” Um, isn’t that the point of running a fast-food business – to get more business??? Maybe this manager should sell sandboxes and bird feeders at Bubba’s Hardware in Elbonia. Might be more his/her pace.
I walked out, and drove 14 minutes to the 5710 N. Academy Arby’s, where all my coupons and digital app deals are always accepted. They want my business, honor the deals offered by Arby’s and stay as busy as can be. That’s the work ethic I’ll support! And, if YOU want the Arby’s deals honored, forget about Stetson. Save money, get great deals and be happy with a different Arby’s that actually wants your business!!! 5710 N. Academy Arby’s has never let me down. Stetson Arby’s? 100% letdown – every time. At least they’re consistent, LOL! Save you money – avoid this store!

This location was the absolute best in all areas. Very friendly greeting, helpful in my selection, ham melt combo. I wish I remembered her name. Food was fast, fresh and tasty, no grease like the burger places. Affordable and extremely clean. I mean seriously clean. Employees were clean cut and polite. Wish they had more business, it’s amazing. I’ll be a regular, I promise.

Good visit to the Arby’s location on Powers. They were pretty busy but my order was still out quickly. I had a coupon for a Family Meal and a meal it was, even had leftovers.
Restaurant was pretty clean, the employees were nice, and my order was correct!!! I will definitely visit this location again, and so should you!!

Ordered a 5 pc chicken tenders and all of them were like this or worse. I don’t even know how it gets to that point. Whether left out too long or freezer burned but this is unacceptable.

Just ordered from this location and the pleasant drive thru attendant is no reflection of the food quality or care of the other employess. The fries weren’t even luke warm, half empty and cold as ice so this was done intentionally. My sandwhich not only had minimal turkey but they completely left off the bacon and sloopily added the other toppings and sauce. Unless you enjoy having your appetite ruined and wasting money I would suggest eating anywhere else.

I placed an order in the drive thru for 2 roast beef sandwiches .. I also placed a side cup order for ajus .. not being told what the cup of a ajus cost .. I had always paid extra for it in the past .. when I opened up the order at home .. I looked at the receipt & saw the extra charge was there .. I opened up the ajus this is what I saw .. does this look worthy of an extra charge to you .. not even half full .. come on Arby’s .. why are you charging $1 extra for something unworthy of getting paid for at all ?

Ordered from drive thru, I get home and half the order is missing. I call up and speak to the manager, she says she will replace the whole thing if I come back. So I drive back, upon arrival her story had changed refused to remake the fries and mozz sticks, that are now cold. She states it wasn’t her fault they were cold now. Needless to say, I asked for my money back on the whole order. Will not be going back.
