I was really happy we tried this location. We had stopped going to Arbys because the location on the East side rarely got any order correct. The 3 cheese roast beef was really good. I’d never tried it before & was pleasantly surprised. The kids like the ham & cheese sliders. The onion rings were really good, cook perfectly and fresh. The staff was friendly & fairly quick. Now for the bad, the curly fries were not good. They were under cooked, old & cold. It was like biting into cold grease bombs. Usually the curly fries are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside and hot all the way through. The one we got, were none of those things.

On our trip from Wisconsin we visited on Tuesday the 13th for lunch and were very pleased. For being in a bit “sketchier” part of town, the restaurant was very clean and kept up well. This seems to be a rarity in most fast food restaurants nowadays. I usually don’t leave reviews for fast food, but I was surprised by the place and the staff deserves recognition.

The 20 som-odd guy that was working last afternoon, then cleaned, mopped, made it nice, guy…. needs a raise. He was professional and nice and went and cleaned everything immaculately. He needs a few bucks. He took our order, I believe, and then busted his a to clean up. Props to him. The place was clean. Wonder why?.. guy who cared about his job..

Asked specifically for extra cheese on 1/2 pound beef and cheddar, did not receive any extra, and to make it worse, the bottom half of beef seems like was scraps from bottom of container! Disgusting! Was a regular dinner spot for our family until now. Just disappointed!
