Thanks for leaving the plastic wrap on the cheese and cooking it into my sandwich. I’m glad I looked before I took a bite.
How does this get missed!? The guy who took my order was so strung out when I got to pay window and the “cook” in the kitchen was shaking and scratching themselves.
All my “fries” were just burnt bits and ends and this was at 1pm on a Saturday. I’m not coming back to this location, from strung out employees, to rude highschool kids working there that get your order wrong or are angry they have to work so they take it out on customers.
This location is garbage, avoid it at all cost!

Just sat in the drive-through to get the wrong order. This seems to be a theme. Usually I have a great experience here. This is one of a couple that I have not been so great I called to say that my order was wrong and the manager told me that I could get back in line which took me another half hour put me late to what I was doing to begin with, I’m not sure what’s really going on here but Arby’s you need to get it together. Pay the employees better have better managers I don’t know but one thing I do know is Arby’s is never supposed to be run like this. Poor guess service. And the lobby is of course still closed. I’ve only been inside a couple of times when they had the lobby open. I never in my entire life would’ve thought that a restaurant should close the doors and not let you in to order and eat. And the hours of operation are usually not until 10 o’clock. It’s usually at 8 o’clock and I’ve even driven through here at 7 o’clock and it’s been closed. This is not how you run a restaurant Arby’s. And the only reason that I didn’t give it a one star. Is because this is one of the better ones around this area as I said, I usually don’t have a bad experience here. And I don’t wanna see the pre scripted response of Oh we’re so sorry don’t be sorry be better do better but I’m sorry it’s not going to cut it here. Please read notes on pictures. Will explain a lot. But it should never take an hour and 20 minutes of your day to order one simple sandwich and a milkshake. I don’t know when I’m gonna be going back to Arby’s but not anytime soon.

You guys need to do better. The drinks and the fries here are horrible. Taste like old oil and flat crappy tasting soda. As long as I waited I thought they were making fresh fries. Nope. Hard and nasty and feel like I got ripped off. If I came in a stole money right out of your pocket how would you feel. That’s how I feel. Disgusting

Not sure why I am even reviewing this place since most of the reviews say the same thing. Only hit this location if you have a love for long drive-thrus, cold fries, and you like to waste money. I had only a few minutes to grab lunch and Arby’s was it. Should have just skipped it. Fries were cold and only half filled and my chicken sandwich was missing most of the bottom bun. Yikes.

I am so tired of being sold trash. If you don’t want sell eatable curly fries then taken off the menu. They filled up the container with broken crispy bits not fries. I don’t see how you could call this an order of fries at all. It was not late at night, it was a Saturday afternoon.
Nothing will be done about this. The links to contact them don’t work. They must be going out of business just let them go.

Excellent customer service, very friendly, greeted and welcomed as I walked in the door. Everything was made fresh while I waited but didn’t take long.

Steak nuggets were good. A 9 piece was $10, though. They also have a 5 piece.
