This is a really nice Arby’s inside and out. It’s very modern and looked clean in the dining area. Unfortunately, the food was poorly prepared. My 1/2 pound beef and cheddar was placed in a sleeve instead of a wrap or a container. This was a to go order or I may have went back in and asked them to remake it. however, once I got home, I went ahead and ate it. Still tasted like an Arby’s sandwich. It just had cheese all over if I would’ve been eating in the dining area this would’ve been a three. However, it was it ago and I can only give a rating based on the food preparation.

Just went thru the drive thru ordered 2 sandwiches and one large fry, $17 and some change. Let’s just say the large fry was a small fry in a large container and they were not even remotely warm! I think they were the bottom of the barrel and they didn’t want to make more to fill up the container. Photos posted below. The amount you charge for your fast food, the container should be full as a large fry and hot. The only plus, was that the person working the drive-thru was very nice and friendly. Food is hit or miss here.

Ew, what is this supposed to be ?? The rib sandwich was completely inedible ! Totally disgusting. Service was awesome through drive-thru. They’re always friendly but the food leaves much to be desired ! Fries are ok. Chicken tenders are okay but I really wanted some of the meats they say they have other than just chicken, and this was a huge disappointment. 2 meal orders were $23.

Arby’s is always great, and this store is not an exception. Our sandwiches were hot, delicious, generous, and a good value. The buns were fresh and complimented the roast beef with perfection. We were pleasantly surprised by the number of potato cakes in a medium order, although the curly fries could have been a bit fresher. Overall professional, courteous, and quick service. You can never go wrong with an Arby’s roast beef sandwich.

I love this Arby’s, the food is always good. Customer service is great here, today Lisa helped us and she was so friendly and helpful. I wish we lived closer, but anytime I’m in the area I go here whether or not it’s meal time!

I rarely review fast food places, but when I do it is because they have either excelled or failed in a massive way. This particular Arby’s restaurant location in Littleton has excelled in many ways. I have to say that the food at Arby’s is good, consistent and tasty, but not haute cuisine, as we all know. That being said, I have never had a poorly done sandwich, fries or other menu item here. They have never gotten my order wrong. They have always remembered to ask if I needed sauces or anything else to make my dining experience more pleasant. They have always been polite, courteous, kind, helpful and offered service with a smile. This cannot be said of all Arby’s – this franchisee knows how to do it right. I frequently take Clients of my charity here to have a good meal in a nice environment. It is always clean and well maintained, a truly pleasant thing to see in a fast food place. Overall, this Arby’s deserves to be given kudos and others need to look at it as an example of how to run a business. Great job!
