We stopped for an early lunch. The restaurant was void of customers but very clean and bright. It has been years since we had been to an Arby’s.
The employees seemed to be having a good time but immediately acknowledged us when we came in.
We ordered the classic roast beefs and potato cakes. The employee told us it would take three minutes for the potato cakes.
I did not time it, but they were calling our name in a few minutes, delivering great sandwiches.

I just witnessed, along with a lobby full of other customers, the most absurd thing I’ve seen in a very long time. Chris Wright should not be in any type of leadership role, what so ever, more less a general manager. They way he spoke to his fellow coworkers and berated them is absolutely appalling. I praise those employees for keeping their cool and having to dea with that type of toxic and hostile environment. He should be ashamed of himself and should be looked into by the owner/upper management.

RIPPED off!!!! Paid for over $30 of food, received someone elses $10 order. Tried calling for a credit, nobody bothers to answer phone. Calling CC company to dispute charges. CHECK YOUR ORDER CLOSELY!

This Arby’s is always super impressive. My food is always really hot and the service is always good. Very friendly workers. I’ve ordered from here many times and I’m never disappointed. Keep it up Castle rock Arby’s you’re killing it.

I was in the drive through and ended up leaving. The person taking my order misgendered me three times after being told not to do that. Intentional misgendering is against colorado state law and is listed as a discriminatory act under the colorado anti discrimination act.
I have eaten at this arby’s location a number of times and have never been treated with this level of disrespect.
I hope this is just a trainingI hope this is just a training issue.And you can better train your employees that if they don’t know someone’s gender, to not misgender them. Everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect

Waited nearly 10 minutes at drive thru speaker than waited another 10 for someone to come to the window they took my payment and said it would be right out just to wait another 5 minutes. They weren’t even busy so not sure why it took so long!!!

I waited in the drive thru for my food for 10 minutes just to end up having the completely wrong order and it was cold. Would not recommend going here unless you go inside and make sure you actually get your correct order.

This is hands down the cleanest and friendliest Arby’s i have ever been to. Everything was so clean. the sauce area had zero droppings or napkins out of place. the floors were spotless. the corners were dust free. the Manager had en employee opening the door due to slow time. it was nice being greeted at the door. The French Dip was spot on and the best tasting Au jus was very beef flavor and not watered down. We joked about this being the day 1 and we were first customers. i cant wait to come back to this Arby’s.

Just got home to eat our takeout from here and my granddaughters Chicken was not in her sandwich?? Thank goodness we bought the 4 roast beef deal so she had a sandwich to eat we live down in Louviers so it was not worth our time to go back, very odd to not have the protein placed in the sandwich!!??

Today I decided to go through the drive-thru and experienced a very professional and courteous employee. There was quite a few cars in line and the drive-thru was pleasantly quick. I haven’t eaten Arby’s in such a long time, however, I was very impressed with my selection. The sandwiches are very tasty, the roast beef is excellent, the customer service was fantastic, and this restaurant provides military discounts.
