i always in the app so there is no confusion over what order i am placing. simple, no? no. it’s not simple. arby’s at this location have managed to make the massive complexity of fulfilling an order an exercise in customer humiliation. my order of red ranch sauce (an offered choice on the online menu) must have angered someone as it was dripping from the bag when i opened it. napkins. no of course not. why would they add those?
i pulled over after picking up my order to see if i had the sauces i requested. nope. swung back through the drive through and when i shared there was not marinara or horsey – the response was “ i know i put them in there” like i drive around ordering expensive fast food so i can hoard an extra packet of marinara sauce. that’s my evil plan in case you’re wondering how i plan to rule the condiment world and take down the arby supply of marinara.
instead of saying “oh let me get your marinara” it turned into a debate over if i REALLY needed one. i was so flabbergasted at the thirteen ketchup in my box. of meat promo that i drove away before seeing the random beverage i received was NOT lemonade.
holy be jeezus Arby’s
i drive back to arby’s and walk into the lobby where i am completely ignored at the cashier area because it’s fun to have the chef/cook/line cook stare at me while i stand with a drink in my hand waiting. she blinks. probably responsible for the pool of red ranch in my vehicle and on my pants.
the kid finally turns around after a few minutes and i said here’s my receipt — i’ve been back twice and now i have whatever this drink is. I asked if i could get the correct drink and while he’s filling the drink he said (a different kid than drive thru man) “i know i filled your drink right”. i gave it to the drive thru guy so you must have gotten it. no. sir. let’s change the argument from marinara to whether i lie about lemonade.
OMG does anyone not defend whatever is happening and just fill the order properly?
do yall think i drank or dumped out my lemonade and then came into arby’s to scam you with a fake cup of brown liquid? from where?
why is this so complicated? this location is trash UNLIKE the delightful one near Broomfield airport where they are beyond professional. they should close this location down instead of running a roast beef circus with a bunch of arby clowns.
finally, my food was cold. it was awful. arby’s i’ve given you a few chances at this location but NEVER again. Lafayette and Broomfield are astonishingly good at customer service. you folks however deserve to close forever.
The last few times I have ordered here, my sandwiches were smothered in the red ranch, like they didn’t care how much was going onto here. I get it, arby’s is messy food but you don’t need to drown every sandwich in its sauce.
On top of that, the mozzarella sticks I ordered, I ordered a 6pc, taste like they had been sitting for the last 30 minutes and it looked like they had missed one. Nope. All six were in there. The last one was crammed in there. Oh yeah, and no marinara sauce either. I had ordered this to be picked up and the way the bag was packaged was like the employee just gave up and said “screw this person”
I know cause I have witnessed this behavior when I worked for Arby’s a while back. Every online order, there is a minimum amount of sauce required to be put in there. Nothing was even in there. Just tried calling to talk to the place about this. No one picked up the phone.
I am genuinely disappointed.
